Overall very spacious apartment. Location was good and off on quiet street. We had to call to receive the entrance codes as we did not receive it. The water for the shower was not hot, warm at best.

Too spacious, but our 3-bedroom apartment is on the 1st floor without balcony which we would expect to have. It is conveniently located and makes our access to major sightseeing spots easy.

Excellent Stay at Slow Suits Gran Via in Madrid - Highly Recommend! We had an amazing 3-night stay at Slow Suits Gran Vía in Madrid and couldn't be more pleased with the experience. The apartment was spotlessly clean and soundproof, which isolates it from the noisy environment in the surroundings, perfect for relaxation after a busy day of sightseeing. The spacious layout made it feel like a true home away from home, with plenty of room to move around and unwind. The internet connection was reliable, and the appliances in the apartment were enough and well-maintained, making it easy to feel comfortable and settled in. Water pressure was fantastic, which was a great bonus after a long day. One of the standout features was the incredibly convenient location. The apartment is centrally located, with a supermarket just 20 steps away. Even though there's no front desk, communication with the management was excellent. They were responsive and attentive, ensuring that everything ran smoothly throughout our stay. Overall, we highly recommend Slow Suits Gran Via for anyone looking for a quiet, clean, and comfortable stay in Madrid. We will definitely be returning!

Pros: El departamento estaba muy limpio, es espacioso, en general en buenas condiciones. Las regaderas muy buenas y amplias, los utensilios de cocina en buen estado y con variedad. La ubicación excelente. Buena variedad de jabón en regaderas y cocina. La tele muy bien y las camas cómodas y limpias. Muy bien que había calentador de toallas. Contras: La lavadora/ secadora de ropa no servía correctamente ya que no secaba la ropa. La lavadora de trastes nunca pude abrirla. El escusado de uno de los baños estaba flojo en la base. El último día todo el departamento empezó a oler fuertemente a caño, salía el olor por todas las coladeras, muy desagradable. La zona es muy ruidosa, no es tranquila, el ruido termina a las 3:00 am o más. Los vecinos de enfrente nos molestaron una noche, supongo que eran huéspedes pero fueron irrespetuosos, nos apresuraron en el elevador y fueron a tocar a nuestra puerta para molestar, no dio un poco de miedo ya que eran varios hombres. La calefacción del lugar se quedaba corta, una noche pasamos frío. No existe reserva con pago en la propiedad, luego luego te hacen al cargo. No sé si volvería a rentarlo.

This property was sold to me as suite with a view , it wasn’t a suite and there were no views . The room was very cold and I got rejected to get an extra blanket . Overall stay a way from this hole you are doing yourself a huge favor not to mess up your vacation and to Expedia you should be able to verify the information that you get from the owners before you pass it to your customers shame on you .

The location was excellent, so convenient to Gran via with so many shopping and dining options plus a supermarket within 1 min walk. The apartment had some stains on the wall and the TV wasn’t working as expected, but overall the apartment was great! The beds were comfortable and the apartment had all the essentials, Great communication with the company with smooth check-in. We will definitely return to this company during our visits in Madrid.

This is by far the best apartment I’ve had on a vacation. The location was excellent, less than 2 min walk to Gran Via with so much shopping and dining options both on Gran via and streets around. The location is also so convenient that we did most of our tourism by foot. About the apartment, it was huge; we were a family of 6, but 10 people could have stayed comfortably. We felt at home away from home. It was well heated, clean, spacious, well equipped and updated. Communication with the Slow Suites team was excellent; no trouble in getting access to the apartment. We absolutely loved it!!! We would definitely return to this apartment for our future visits in Madrid.
