Really recommend

I really really love this hotel. This staff are super helpful, they helped me to call the taxi to the airport and with my luggages also. The room was very spacious and caused me to walk a long corridor inside the room haha! It was secured too.

入住頂樓家庭房，有三個房間和客餐廳，有兩套馬桶臉盆卻只有一淋浴間，熱水是儲熱式的，用完一桶還要再等1～2小時才會加熱完成，復古蓮蓬頭中看不中用，小孩恐怕會燙到手。地點離太陽門廣場很近，對面有一劇場，附近吃的很多，樓下有家樂福方便，經理推薦隔壁的餐廳很好吃，每天也都有清潔房間的服務還不錯。

Incorrect information provided by Hotels.com

In Apr, I booked a Junior Suite Deluxe room for my family ( 3 Adults and 2 Child ). According to Hotels.com, it stated that Junior Suite Deluxe room comes with two bathrooms and two bedrooms. On one hand, it’s actually a duplex no privacy for upstairs as a mirror there so people downstairs can see. On the other hand, there’s no bed room downstairs, only one double bed and a sofa bed in the living room. The bathroom downstairs is just a toilet ( no shower ). The hotels reception staff told me that their hotels didn't have a room with two bed rooms and two bath rooms. The information Hotel.com provided is completely incorrect. We were very disappointed and felt being tricked by Hotel.com.

They changed our room to a lower floor and it was SO NOISY from the street sounds that we could not get any sleep. The lockers for luggage were filled, however, they did accommodate this. Also, things were broken in our room. This is not a place you want to stay.

Fenster sind viel zu dünn und halten den Strassenlärm kaum zurück. Lärmempfindliche Menschen sind hier an der falschen Adresse. Statt immer wieder Verständnis für die armen Gäste auszudrücken, die sich nicht ausruhen konnten, sollte Sonder endlich wirklich etwas tun und neue, schalldichte Fenster einbauen.

We liked almost everything about this property. Amazing location within walking distance of many amazing things. Literally our only complaint was out of their control: There is a nightclub below the hotel and you can hear some music late at night. Ear plugs are included for free. We would and are staying again.

They are a bunch of cheapskates. 2 people for 5 days and they only gave us 4 coffee pods total. Almost ran out of toilet paper, they didn’t replenish the supply cabinet for our last 3 mornings. The Kleenex dispenser fell off the wall. The surface of the bathroom sink counter stuck out over the toilet so you sort to had to do the limbo to sit down. The pump on the shampoo dispenser was stuck do couldn’t use it. No safe in room for passports. Shower floor was very slippery and dangerous. Bed was comfortable and the location was fantastic

Nos gustó mucho su ubicación, su amplitud y limpieza. Todo está cerca de allí: restaurantes, museos, las principales avenidas de Madrid. La alarma se encendió dos veces en el edificio, creo que los sensores son muy sensibles. Nosotros no cocinamos pero en otros pisos seguramente sí. Aunque es relativamente fácil la comunicación, quizá falta tener un contacto con una persona en específico para resolver dudas. Si es posible volveremos allí y lo recomendaremos.

Property was clean. Management was timely responsive. The only drawback was that there's an antro next door starts at 1:00 am and ends at around 6:00am. daily. Ear plugs help but if one is extremely sensitive to noise, you might need more than earplugs. Any other time other than the antro hours, the hotel had average noise for city hotel.

This hotel does not have a traditional reception desk, but it is very well organized with a secure locker system for luggage, which guests can use for free on the day of check-in and checkout. The room was very clean and beautifully designed. A great stay!
