Great stay!

We loved this place! In a great neighborhood...check out the Russian restaurant next door....but near lots of great shops and places to eat and totally walkable to all over Madrid. There were 4 of us and this place was the perfect size. Yes you had to walk up the 4 flights of stairs but that really was no problem. Jose was great...great communication, we mistakingly set off the alarm (sorry again!) but Jose was totally understanding and it was no problem. Thanks again for a great stay!

Een fijn appartement in het centrum

Voor de 3 nachten is het een prima appartement. Schrik niet erg van de straat en de andere bewoners in het complex. De woonkamer heeft geen ramen en balkon, dat is jammer. Maar je loopt zo het centrum in en dat is erg fijn. Het appartement is redelijk schoon met schoon beddengoed. WiFi en tv met Chromecast zijn prima.

Mitten im Zentrum

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit in Madrid. Mitten in Malasaña liegt die Wohnung sehr zentral. Wir konnten die "Highlights" zu Fuß erkunden.

Appartement bien situé et fonctionnel

Belle appartement spacieux, propre et fonctionnel. Ne pas se fier à l’immeuble l’appartement est cosi et chaleureux. A proximité de tout, chose pratique pour visiter Madrid. Situé au 4eme étages sans ascenseur. Nous avons passer un très bon séjour. Je recommande !

Great place right in the middle of town

This cute apartment is in the middle of Madrid, but in a small sideline neighborhood with cute tapas bars and cafes. It is walking distance to everything you want to see in old town Madrid and to lots of great food places. At the same time it is off the beaten path which makes it quiet. The apartment is on the 4th floor so you have to be able to make it all the way up! There is no elevator. But it does have AC and a washing machine. (2 out of the 3 bedrooms have AC with the last one by the bathroom a bit warmer, but we found a fan and with open window it was fine for my kids). The kitchen is equipped with everything you might need although if you are going to do a lot of cooking (which we didn't), you might not be fully satisfied with the cookware. For us it was perfect though! Instructions from the host on finding the place were easy to follow and if you like to travel by metro, few stations were in short walking distance. Furnishing is comfortable although not luxurious, which I loved considering that we travel with kids. Loved it overall!

In a quiet neighborhood but close to many restaurants and other attractions; perfect location!

My two adult sons and I stayed here for 4 days over Thanksgiving. The apartment is close to many restaurants and within walking distance of Plaza Mayor and many other attractions. Although we knew it was a 4 floor walkup there were still many more steps than we anticipated (82 exactly). So we felt good about indulging in food & drink since we got our exercise everyday. Jose was very responsive to our requests and was helpful with getting the heat turned on. Seems that someone had turned off the gas line over the sink so once we found that, then it was no problem to get the heat and hot water working. But Jose was ready to send a repairman over if needed. The beds are comfortable and it was nice to have 3 bedrooms. Overall the flat could use a little updating but otherwise we thoroughly enjoyed our stay there and would definitely recommend it.

Agradable estancia en el centro de Madrid

Somos una familia con 2 niños que pasamos un fin de semana en Madrid el pasado 25 de septiembre. La visita a Madrid era de carácter familiar más que turista (ya conocemos Madrid de anteriores visitas). El barrio de Malasaña se encuentra muy céntrico y con un ambiente muy agradable, que en los últimos años se ha puesto de moda sobre todo entre la gente joven y con inquietudes culturales. La propiedad en la que estuvimos se encuentra en una calle bastante tranquila dentro de un barrio bullicioso y con ambiente. No tuvimos problemas con los ruidos durante el fin de semana con lo cual el descanso estuvo garantizado. La casa está bien acondicionada y lo mejor que podemos decir de ella es que las fotos de la misma son un fiel reflejo de la realidad. Es cierto que es una 4ª planta sin ascensor y esto lo puede hacer incómodo para determinadas personas aunque bien es cierto que ya está advertido en la página. Siendo 4 la verdad es que nos sobraba una habitación que por cierto también es perfectamente utilizable para otras dos personas. En definitiva una estancia agradable y sin sorpresas.
