The CERVANTES by MONARO***** Apartment is located right in the heart of Madrid, in the iconic Barrio de las Letras, one of the city’s most historic and charming neighborhoods. It features free Wi-Fi, a fully equipped kitchen with all necessary utensils, a flat-screen TV, two full bathrooms, two separate toilets, and comfortable memory foam mattresses to ensure a restful night’s sleep.

The Barrio de las Letras was home to great writers of the Golden Age, such as Lope de Vega, whose house—now a museum—preserves the legacy of that era. Today, it combines history and culture with a wide range of theaters, flamenco venues, restaurants, cafés, and boutiques. The nearby Plaza de Santa Ana, with its lively outdoor terraces, is the perfect place to enjoy Madrid’s most authentic atmosphere.

Occupancy: Only guests included in the reservation and properly registered may stay, including children.

Smoking: Smoking is prohibited inside the apartment. Smoking is only permitted on the terrace if the apartment has one and smoking is allowed there.

Noise: Please respect your neighbors’ peace and quiet and avoid disruptive noise. Quiet hours: Monday through Friday, 10:00 p.m. to 10:00 a.m.; holidays, 12:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.

Leave the kitchen tidy, the dishes clean, and the trash in the appropriate bins.

Take care of the furniture and report any damage or lost keys to our team.
