Beautiful open-concept studio in the heart of Madrid. This space includes a social area, kitchen, and renovated separate bathroom. It can accommodate up to six people, with two double beds and a sofa bed. It comes with all the amenities (air conditioning, television, a small office with everything you need) and has independent access from the street. You will rent the full apartment for you.

Perfect for short-term rentals, visits to Madrid (or the surrounding area) for work, or short stays.

Very well connected by public transport (Antón Martín metro station), a five-minute walk to Puerta del Sol and a ten-minute walk to Atocha Station, in the heart of the shopping district (supermarkets and services) and the gastronomic entertainment area.

Spacious place. However, no privacy for bedrooms, everything is one room divided by curtains. Host provided many supplies to make our stay a confortable one. Great communication. Área is very active with night life. There is no noise filter in this place. You hear everything from the outside which is very active. If you like night life, this is great. However, I could not sleep. Please provide some hanging hooks in the bathroom and lower the sink. It’s too high for an average height person. Thank you.

Apartment was clean and ready for us to check in once we landed. It was a little difficult to find from the map, but the photos helped immensely to find the entrance. Beds and pillows were pretty hard, but all amenities that we needed could be found in the apartment.

Molto problematico il fatto di avere una chiave sola per 4 persone, inoltre la porta può essere aperta solo con essa, quindi se si rimane dentro senza chiave non si può uscire; fornito solamente un asciugamano a testa, tappetino per la doccia non utilizzabile in quanto non sembrava molto pulito, e per averne altri oltra al solo fornito bisognava pagare un sovraprezzo.

This was a great affordable spot in the heart of Madrid! Well designed and appointed with all of the basics needed for an enjoyable stay. The location is walkable to many great neighborhoods, parks and landmarks — and just minutes from the subway station. I would note that if you’re looking for a quiet spot, this may not be the place for you - it is on the ground level of a busy neighborhood, and especially on weekends the streets stay bustling all night. But if you’re in Madrid during the week, or for the night life, this would be a great spot. Overall this was a great spot and met our needs for the quick weekend trip! Host was also very kind, communicative and accommodating!
