Novotel Madrid Center
The hotel was fine. Two quibbles- The room was cold and the heat didn't come on the day we were there. Called the front desk and they said it takes 10-20 minutes to come on, which makes no sense given any type of HVAC system they could have that I know of. Second, the lighting in the bar area was ...
