親切な従業員さん

とにかく従業員の皆さんが親切。 おもてなしの気持ちがしっかり届く対応に感謝。 お料理は普通ですが、落ち着いて食べられるので とてもよかったです。ビュッフェが苦手なので、二食ともビュッフェでないのがありがたいです。

お料理、お風呂、そして心のある良い旅館です‼︎

非常に気持ち良く滞在させていただきました。 が、一つだけ、無料のWi-Fiが部屋でも繋がるとありがたかったです。それ以外は素晴らしく良かったです。 お料理も美味しく、量も十分ありましたし、お風呂も黄金の湯はぬるめの湯舟と熱めの湯舟の両方があり、ゆっくり入ることが出来ました。伊香保では他に4軒宿泊したことがありますが、その中では、1番温泉成分である茶色の鉄分が濃いように思いました。体がとても温まり、なかなか汗が引きませんでした。 それから、他の方のレビューにも書いてありましたが、石段までは少し距離があるので、従業員の方が車で石段の上方まで送って行ってくれました。下車の場所は3箇所から選べました。両親が高齢なので、登らずに済んだのは非常に助かりました。 そして、従業員のケイコさんが、素晴らしく良かったです‼︎お食事の時に父の事を気遣っていただき、お話も上手で、心のある接客でした。ケイコさんのおかげで元気をいただきました。温泉宿には色々と結構行ってますが、心を感じる事が出来る接客の方って意外と少ないです。 ケイコさん、本当にどうもありがとうございました‼︎

ゆっくりできました。

老舗の雰囲気はありましたが、清潔だし、スタッフも感じよく、ご飯もおいしかったです。温泉もちょうどよい湯加減で、快適にすごしました！

很傳統的日式旅館

服務一級棒，已日文為主英文有點不流利但可以溝通，客房寬敞 只有廁所梳洗檯，洗澡要到大澡堂享受，溫泉很棒 露天溫泉也讓人讚不絕口~

As close to a traditional ryokan as I've seen.

Very lovely hotel with traditional style tatami mats and futons. Rooms were furnished with tea, a table and TV. Great place for a weekend getaway. The food service for dinner & breakfast were lavish and traditional as well. The main draw though are the indoor / outdoor baths. If you love to soak this is the place.

ホテルの方の対応はとても素晴らしかったです。 ただ、駐車場が遠いところだったので、目の前の駐車場が空いたら移動してもらえると嬉しかったです。

満足するサービス内容

家族旅行で宿泊しました。温泉は内湯は広く伊香保温泉の良さを体感できました。露天風呂は檜でした。食事は特別さはないものの、美味しく頂きました。部屋は予約した部屋をアップグレードしてくれたのか、最上階の部屋でした。伊香保温泉石段街までは徒歩7、8分です。行きはいつでも送迎してくれました。一番嬉しかったのは、幼少の娘にスタッフ皆さんが優しく接してくれたことです。次に伊香保温泉を訪れる際はまた宿泊したいです。

黄金湯とフレンドリーなおもてなし

貴重な黄金湯源泉からお湯を引いていることが強みの温泉宿です。石段から少し離れているのが弱点ですが、石段まで無料で車をだしてくれます。運転手のスタッフが親切で、おいしいお店や特色のある土産物店を丁寧に教えてくれました。
