人員削減の失敗例。 フロントで荷物の発送を依頼したところサイズを測るメジャーがないので元払いができないとのこと。さらに、出発後に、発送伝票が見当たらないので発送先を教えてほしいとの連絡が。 また、領収証の金額がエクスペディアへの支払額と異なっていたので、ビジネス利用の場合は要注意。 施設は良いだけに残念。

ラフティングの帰りに１泊

昨今の人手不足、人件費高騰に対応する為なのか良い意味でコストダウンをはかっているようです。 例えば、夕食・朝食はビュッフェ（バイキング）、浴衣はロビー横のコーナーから各自が持っていく、部屋のふとんは各自で敷く、等々。 とはいっても夕食時のアルコール（生ビール、日本酒、焼酎等）やソフトドリンクも飲み放題で、ロビーには無料のコーヒーサービス、風呂の入口脇にあるマッサージチェアも無料、卓球台も無料といったぐあいに追加費用がかからないので安心できます。 川沿いの緑の木々に囲まれた露天風呂も気持ちよかったです。

夜の女湯は電気の故障で露天風呂に出れなかった。内湯だけで済ました。翌朝頑張って早起きして男湯の方の露天風呂に入ったがお湯が熱すぎてリラックスできなかった。

コスパのいいホテル

コーヒーとかのサービスもあり、ディナーの量も十分で飲み放題つきも魅力でした。ゆっくり夕食を楽しめました。露天風呂も2つのうち1つは写真の通りでリラックスできました。コストパーフォマンスがいいホテルでした。

部屋は広く、快適でした。 川が見える露天風呂も素敵で、風呂上がりのアセロラジュースの無料提供も素晴らしい。 しかし温泉のある地下一階は、風呂場に続く戸が開いていたせいか、ムワッと熱く、 また外に見えたプールが運営されてなかったのが少し残念。

温泉、部屋、コスパ良し

土曜日の宿泊が1万円ちょっとで、夕食のバイキングに飲み放題付きで、とても広くてきれいな部屋だったので驚きました。施設も広々としていて、かなりコスパの良いホテルだと思います。 温泉◎：川沿いの温泉も露天風呂からの景色がとてもよく、手入れも行き届いていました。お風呂上がりの無料のアセロラドリンクも良かったです。 朝から谷川岳を登っていたのに、今回はまったく体が痛くならなかったのは、温泉のおかげ？と思ってしまいました。腕が洗剤でかぶれていたのも良くなったような気がしました。 食事〇：夕食のバイキングはごく普通で、無くなったお料理が追加されないままだったりといいまいちな点はありましたが、この値段で飲み放題がついているので、トータルで満足しました。お酒を飲まない人には物足りないかもしれません。

全体の雰囲気は、悪くないです。 夕食はバイキングでした。 ただ、19:30～で前半のグループ ～の引き続き。 食べるものが、あまりなく、追加されるまでに時間がかかった。

良かったけれど、マイナス面もあり

外観は年季を感じたものの、中に入るととても綺麗にリフォームされていて、モダンな雰囲気でした。 広々した中庭には川沿いに面していて見晴らしが良く、プールまであって素敵でした。お部屋も広間に小部屋が２つあって広々しており、旅館ですがポットではなくケトルが置いてあったり、温泉用に籠バックが用意されているのも良かったです。 露天風呂も川沿いで新緑が綺麗に見えて気持ちよかったり、ロビーの卓球台でも楽しく遊ばせて貰いました。セルフサービスのコーヒーも貰えます。 マイナス面としては、シャワーホルダーが腰よりも低い位置にしかなく、非常に使いにくかったこと。 露天風呂のお湯が掛け流しではなく、止まっており、お湯も浴槽の半分ほどしか残っておらず、早起きして行ったのに温まることも出来ずがっかりしました。 食事はバイキングなのですが、補充がされません。初めからボリュームが少ないので、開始時刻３０分後くらいには空になってしまうものや、冷めてしまっているものもあったのが残念でした。

部屋の水が出なかった。

寒かったのか、部屋の水が出なかったです。なにもアナウンスもなかったしチェックアウトの時も何もお詫びがなかったのはどうかと思います。 それ以外は良いサービスでした。だから残念です。 寒波、や自然の力の前ではどうしようもない事があると思いますが、それの先に人間力が求められる場面があると思います｡
