“We enjoyed the property, but be prepared for lots of stairs. The property is well maintained but it is a tall and narrow building. Great views of the ocean. I think we had at least three days of green flashes! One very big drawback is that for some reason there are notices in every bathroom to NOT flush toilet paper. For someone not used to that, well... The Host should state that in the description, and honestly I don't know why this is an issue there I don't believe it is on a septic……

“The villa is so much nicer in person than on pictures. I was a little hesitant to book at first because of the area and it was a bit of trek from Lisbon but so glad I booked this villa. Ubers and bolt work perfectly even if it is a bit of a longer journey. Paulo is incredible and extremely helpful and super responsive which was brilliant. Shame we didn’t get to meet in person but he is super helpful. We stayed here for 3 nights for a stag do and it was epic!”

“We had the opportunity to stay at this beautiful villa overlooking the ocean with a pool and beautiful veranda with an outdoor grilling area that we utilized for a family dinner. The home was clean and beautifully decorated. We had amenities including Tennis court, swimming pool, pool table ping pong table, weight room and the house manager Sofia was excellent and helped with all of our needs. I would highly recommend staying at this villa. It is spectacular with amazing views”

“We really enjoyed our stay in Ericeira. The villa is exactly as described and very comfortable. Didi was great and very responsive and helpful whenever we had a question or needed anything. It’s an easy walk into the lovely old town but steep on the way up. We often took an Uber back which are cheap and plentiful. It can get windy at the villa ”
