「I had a very good and peaceful stay experience in Lugano with a lake-view balcony suite. The huge room with a spectacular view was nicely set up, and the gymnasium facilities were perfect. However, the kitchen was not for cooking; only the kettle worked. In addition, the staff was kind and helpful.」

The views from our room, the pools deck and the restaurant were stunning. Bus transportation into Lugano runs hourly. A truly enjoyable stay!」
