“I was upgraded to a harbour view room in building one from a car park view - so that was very grateful. But I more looked at an overgrown tree that obscured any Harbour view. The first door in building one to my door was humid and wet. Rusty stain running down the door on the inside. “Absoutley disgusted in what has happened. The place was double booked and myself and the other customer tried ringing multiple times and have had no answer. Also had to find other accomdation which wasnt cheap at all. Will never book here and will be tell social media about it as well. We had to ask for a replacement BBQ as the electric one outside was terrible, we ruined some of our food trying to cook with it.
