“The shower drain had an issue and water would back up while showering, so I reported it to reception. They advised they would send maintenance, which they did, however they used a chemical with a very strong and unpleasant smell. I raised this again with reception and had to request that we be relocated, which was eventually arranged. I would have expected the hotel to offer a room change before carrying out maintenance, rather than us needing to ask.
The breakfast was also disappointing. The……
