"The views are indeed breathtaking. It was incredible to lay in bed and watch the panoramic view of Maui at sunset. It's a lovely place. We enjoyed just hanging out there and watching the birds (we were well supplied with bird seed for the feeder). We did some cooking and found the kitchen to have very nice tools and appliances. Even tiki mugs! We got to visit with Dawn in person and meet the cats. She was very kind and shared lots of good information. She even gave us a book! I would definitely recommend. Please note that it may not be the best place for someone who is clumsy, there is a step down in the bathroom. "

"Beautiful property, came in to our room with flowers and swan towel animals on the bed. Nice touch, also got fresh pressed juice and Lei’s at check in. The staff was super accommodating and kind. This is a top-notch resort for sure. We stayed at a different resort for most of our time and then stayed at this one for our wedding night, we got the sun deck room with the bathtub, shower and fireplace outside and it was amazing and we were there in January. I cannot imagine staying anywhere else on this side of the island. We enjoyed the saltwater adult only infinity pool. The only thing I will say about this property is there wasn’t really beach access because there was giant rocks there may have been beach access somewhere. The property is so big we may have missed a “beach” area though. It is a very short drive to many beautiful beaches. "

"The place was a great stay for going up to the national park. They also had quite a nice gesture of providing snacks, fruit, and bread which came in handy with our hikes up on the mountain. We definitely would stay again!"
