“Very comfortable hotel, clear and large room, reception is helpful, general service is above standard. Since the hotel location on the hill, hence it provide a wonderful review no matter from the room or restaurant, but if you didn't rent the car and prefer by walk to down town, it will require around 30 min. to down hill and around 45 min. to up hill. Besides, strongly recommend to book the KOKS for dinner as they will provide an excellent food and service to you which the chef will introduce……

“Et rigtig lækkert hotel, havde en enkel overnatning der for første gang, og det bliver ikke sidste gang Rent og flot var det, enkelt indrettet værelse med det der skal være der. Morgenmaden var den traditionelle morgen buffet der er på et hotel. Så ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ herfra og vi ses igen på et andet tidspunkt.. ”

“Brilliant stay at this hotel. Our room was spacious, clean and the bed was very comfy. We had tea & coffee making facilities and a smeg fridge in our room. Shower was excellent with lovely warm underfloor heating. Breakfast was a huge choice. The hotel was very central and quiet. We stayed for new year and had dinner on the very top floor which had panoramic views of the spectacular firework display. The staff at this hotel are brilliant, so friendly warm and welcoming, very willing to above……

“We ordered takeaway breakfast for our date of departure as we had to catch an early flight. The order was confirmed by email and at check in by the front desk staff. However, due to an internal communication error, the order was not communicated to the kitchen and we were left without any breakfast. We however saw the front desk staff when checking with the kitchen took the opportunity to make herself a ham and cheese sandwich and did not offer it to us. The changing room of the fitness centre……

“International brand lives up to its standards. I'm currently staying at various hotels in Denmark with about the same price range, not sure about the very expensive ones, but many of these hotels are either lacking mini bar, slippers, tissue, or very small shower place with shower curtain that doesn't block out the water at all. All that common annoying issues I found in Denmark, none were happening at the Hilton hotel in Faroe Islands. It was like "finally I can really get some rest here" and……

“優點： 1.位置極佳 2.浴室空間寬敞，且暖氣充足 缺點： 1.膠囊咖啡機裡前房客用過的膠囊卡在咖啡機內，於是我喝到用別人用過的咖啡膠囊泡出來的咖啡。然後浴室暖氣後方還卡著別人用完的捲筒衛生紙的捲軸 2.我住五晚，不想room cleaning，但房內只給我兩小條洗頭兼洗澡的沐浴乳 3.櫃檯經常沒人，如果無法註冊app, 本該順暢省時的checkin花更多時間聯絡找人，然後用櫃檯上的電話找人幫忙提供房間密碼，連三次在我第一句話都還沒講完就直接放音樂把我put on hold 4. 不確定能否寄放行李, 因為櫃檯常常沒人，也沒明講櫃檯開放時間，為避免check in臨時聯絡不到人的狀況再發生，所以我直接放棄寄放行李，以免行李拿不出來，如果有較多需要人員協助的需求，這裡是個不確定性略高的住宿選擇。 ”

“Great location in the middle of the centre. And room was big with a shelf and a desk. There is no shower (bidet sprey is used as shower), no kitchen( there were some equipments downstairs ) but if you are ok with it, it’s fine. I still enjoyed the convenience of the location. It was noisy from the street but overall I was pretty happy with the stay!”

“Water does not go through the drain in the shower. Clean room and kitchen, big room. Very good to have a table and chairs. Breakfast is great.”
