I booked at the price of 1150 and they told that they won't give me the room for that money and I have to pay 1600.i tried to contact hotels.com and couldn't find any numbers to contact. "Staff were only focused on how much we had to pay for early check in. We booked a room abd prepaid for 3 but the room had 1 towel and 1 water bottle. We hadvto request everything. The staff acted like they were doing us a favour. Ny husband was unwell and couldn't lie flat so requested an extra pillow which they refused to provide.
