Despite sending my confirmation, I had to repeatedly follow up for a response, only to be informed that my originally booked unit was unavailable. They offered a supposedly 'similar' unit instead. Upon arrival, the cleanliness of the unit……

Yesterday coming home to an overflow that could potentially have been running for several hours, isn’t a responsibility we want to carry.I would appreciate receiving a refund for the unused days, as we have had to check into an alternate accommodation.
