Aucune crédibilité par cet hôtel. On'a payé pour un stationnement en arrivant ils nous disent "pas de place stationner sur la rue". Pas de wifi, alors que c'est écrit qu'il y a le wifi dans les aires communes. Chambres mal propres. Pas d'accessoires de sal de bains. Il faut réclamer, à chaque fois qu'on voulait un service déjà annoncé et payé (exemple: serviettes, literie, shampoing, savon, etc.). Bref, je ne recommande pas et je ne retournerai jamais.

Pas déçu de cette hôtel personnel, même or saison

Hôtel en bon état. Le personnel est accueillant et les dîner sont corrects. En période hivernale, un chauffages était à ma dispositions dans la chambre et il y a de l’eau chaude. Je recommande sans souci .

Check in was hopeless, they did not find the reservation..had to wait in the reception with no air conditioning in 40 degrees for 40 minutes! Never experienced before.

notre arrivée fut désastreuse nous pensions pouvoir avoir notre chambre pour 11h30 comme indiqué lors de notre réservation mais le monsieur nous dit c est 14h en international. j avais ma petite fille de 21 mois qui avait faim et pas de possibilité de même poser nos valises pour aller manger... nous avons donc dû attendre. de plus il faut savoir que les personnes dans l hôtel parle très peu le français heureusement mon mari est tunisien. les chambres sont vraiment bas de gamme et l ensemble du nettoyage laisse vraiment à désirer dans l ensemble de l hôtel. par contre le tout compris est vraiment agréable et il y a comme même des activités dans cet hôtel qui sont attractives et avec les enfants sympas et les repas très divers et adaptés à chacun. je reste comme même déçu de la prestation mais pour le prix je crois qu on peut pas demander trop non plus. malgré tout je pense que c est l organisation et la propreté de l établissement qui est regrettable car il pourrait être mieux...

avarisme de l'hotel

hôtel décevant car on ressent l'avarie de la direction, les employés sont exploités voire des esclaves (non formés et charge de travail énorme). manque d'hygiène verres lavés à peine pour fournir à la chaine, climatisation arrêté de 9h à 17h, des économies faites sur le dos des clients, piscines mal entretenues et dangereuses car les grilles sur le pourtour ne tiennent pas, picine côté privative trouble et sale (vérification et entretien suspect..)! très déçu de cet hôtel qui a du potentiel cependant.

Le Personnel au top.

le personnel a été gentil, accueillant et à l'écoute. Mais malheureusement c'était la seule positive à retenir de mon séjour. La chambre était catastrophique, la clim ne marchait pas ou à heures fixes bref sous 40C ce fut horrible. Ensuite la restauration est restée la même pendant toute la durée de mon séjour et ce ne sont que des mets basiques. Et pour finir à l'arrivée on a nous a fait patienter 2h pour une chambre qui au final était même pas prête.

Question de securité on a rien a le rapproché.par contre j'ai eu la surprise de ne pas avoir la chambre que j'ai reservé,on m'as donnée une chambre sale et jetté au fond de l'hotêl.le service a l'hotêl est mediocre et l'hotel manque d'entretien.le personnel n'est pas trop aimable appart certains qui etait trés gentille.bref la mer est splendide et la piscine aussi et la nourriture est trés bon'e

Nightmare

Apart from the great animation team all was bad. Dirty hallway, dirty rooms, very bad room service. Although we checked in late at 6 PM, we had to wait two more hours to get a clean room. Very long lines at the restaurant just to get an empty glass or a drink. A/C was not working at the lobby and at the restaurant. Bottom line: avoid this hotel.

Hôtel très moyen, il mérite un deux étoiles

Le personnel à la réception avait du mal à gérer les clients (1 seule personne à la réception et une stagiaire qui faisait juste de la figuration), la nourriture est médiocre, les chambres sont vieilles et mal entretenues,j'ai failli avoir un accident car une des rambardes en bois du balcon ne tenait plus, le ménage est par ailleurs très mal fait (saleté sous les lits). L'hôtel est très bruyant toute la journée et le soir jusqu'à 2h du matin. Il n'y a pas de wifi ni dans les chambres ni à la réception. Nous n'y reviendrons plus.

hôtel accueillant bien situé calme

a part la chambre qui n'est pas bien nettoyer quotidiennement avec literie dans la limite ,tout est excellent dans cette hôtel surtout la bouffe , la sécurité. la plage très propre avec suffisamment de transat ,la piscine aussi . bien animé et familiale ,personnel très gentil a l'écoute des clients . sauf il faut améliorer, le service au resto , quelque fois ça manque des fourchettes assiettes ,surtout des serviettes .
