"I want to start by saying that the hotel itself is absolutely beautiful — the property, the location, and especially the housekeeping staff, maintenance team, and waiters were truly wonderful. They were kind, attentive, and made many parts of our stay enjoyable. My feedback is meant to highlight areas for improvement, not to discourage anyone from choosing this hotel.However, there were several experiences that left me feeling frustrated, particularly because I was traveling with kids after a 36-hour trip and really hoped for a smoother arrival. Almost every hotel has a check-in time of 2–3 PM, and I completely understand that. I arrived around noon, and after answering several questions during the check-in process, it was already past 1 PM. I was told the room would be ready “shortly,” but we ended up having to wait until after 2 PM. What made it frustrating is that many hotels allow guests to enter the room a few minutes early if it’s already available — especially when they can clearly see the family is exhausted after long travel. Even a small gesture like that would have made a big difference.Throughout the stay, I felt like certain front-desk or bar staff were looking for a reaction instead of trying to be helpful. For example, I was at the pool enjoying a peaceful moment with my kids, but when the sun became too strong, I tried to move them to the shade quickly. Instead of allowing me to get them settle, the bar staff member sprinted over to stop me from leaving before"

"Beautiful hotel and rooms. Walkable to the only “town” on Mahe. Great beach and perfect pool. Yummy breakfast. Great relaxing spa. 35 min to airport!"

"My husband and I had a wonderful holiday at Savoy. The room is very spacious and clean. The staff is super friendly. The location is fantastic with Beau Vallon beach right there, and a short walk to several great restaurants and shops. We also enjoyed the spa and gym as well. Would absolutely come back "

"Clean room, wonderfull staff, excellent customer services, multi lingual staff allowed for easy communication. Great choice of restaurants, excellent beaches. Our a absolute favourite was the fact that there was a live band every single night. Not just any band but jamming bands that knew how to play. The rooms were also great and especially the walk in showere which provided a luxurious experience."

"The room was clean, the breakfast buffet was great, and the hotel’s beachfront location couldn’t have been better. The staff even came around with cooling towels to give to guests on the beach. The only small downside was some renovation noise near the lobby and pool, but overall I was very happy with my stay. I also had dinner on the property; although the staff were quite busy and meals came out at different times, they stayed attentive and checked in regularly to make sure everything was okay. "Seychelles is an expensive destination and this hotel was a real find - medium-priced, charming and right on the beach. The staff were superb - friendly, helpful, knowledgeable. The food was not elaborate, but was tasty, plentiful and good value. The hotel is right on the beach and some of the tables for dining are outside, beside the sand. There is also a pool. We did not rent a car, and just outside the hotel there are bus-stops for the iconic blue public buses, which tear around and have high ridership. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will return to Crown Beach if we visit Seychelles again."
