Far below average for resort charging at thislevel

I seldom write comments after visit unless the experience was either too good or too bad. This time, the latter. 1. Found lizard in the room 2. No complete replenishment of every daily item (first day is water, second and fifth day is cotton buds, sixth day is beach towel, third and fifth day is showing gel) 3. Food at the Crossole restaurant is under average (bulky yet without quality) 4. Poor attitude of restaurant staff and receptionist as they tend to focus on the Westerners and are unwilling to take comments (just keep nodding their heads without listening) 5. No accessibility to Wifi except own room and the main reception (poor connection even in room so that I had to switch the router on and off again and again) 6. Full board does not include drinks which is misleading so need to be charged even for s bottle of water (if drinks are excluded, and Hotels.com makes this known clearly to us, I won't consider this hotel at all) 7. Location in the middle of nowhere. Except the beaches (actually only the North Beach is nice, the one on the south coast was too shallow and with granules / pebbles) 8. Poor connection between the North and South Beach, as boggies do not have fixed schedule of departure and are likely to skip remote part of the hotel (say at far end) unless they have to drop guests off there. In general, won't stay there again and I could say this hotel is far below average taking into account the level of price that I paid for the room

非常美的地方，也有特色，环境布置合理，一键式服务狠贴心方便，管家服务有中文，非常有用方便。 入住送了蜜月礼物，起泡酒、点心和沙滩包。非常贴心。 南部海滩虽然不适合游泳，但每天退潮时可以走到对岸小岛也是非常开心的景观和体验！北部海滩非常美丽安静，也很喜欢！ 唯一美中不足的是地处偏僻，还好有租车去哪里都可以，预定的半餐真是狠明智和最经济的选择。

果然是国际五星，非常赞，尤其是当地餐，很好。只是南北两个海滩，可能是潮汐问题，海水不通透，不适合浮潜，但是，南区退潮时可以走到小岛上去，那里可以浮潜。另外，这个酒店很大，非常适合在酒店里发呆、徒步、游玩。另外，北区大门口是公交总站，出北区门右拐不足20米，有个当地小超市，很平价，包括方便面、啤酒之类都有。而且北门外还有个快餐车，汉堡、TAKEAWAY之类均可。

Outstanding, attentive, kind and proactive service from the entire staff. The resort is set in a truly spectacular natural environment and offers a wide range of high-quality facilities and services. Everything feels thoughtfully designed and well maintained. The public areas are clean and comfortable, creating a very relaxing atmosphere throughout the property. The food selection is excellent, especially at the Adam & Eve restaurant. I would particularly like to highlight Vanessa and the restaurant’s Chef, who made every single evening there truly special for us. We are already looking forward to returning.

After being greeted so warmly by gate security, the tone was set for service excellence by the Constance Ephelia team. We stayed in a Jnr suite, which was well presented and large, with a beach/sea facing view. Room cleaning staff were excellent, twice a day the room was seen too. There are 5 restaurants on the resort, all very nice delivering great food, and various types to keep everyone happy, and themed evenings to give additional variety, we went half board, which was perfect, full board given the amazing food would have left us in a food coma each day. There are also multiple bards for afternoon or evening drinks, with evenings offering live music. There are 2 main beaches, north and south, each offering water sports, the south beach is quieter and our preference, however the tide effects watersports here as its shallow. When I booked, I contacted the hotel and they arranged transport to and from the airport. Special mention to Crispin on reception, who went above and beyond on assisting me.

Wir waren als Paar im Constance Ephelia und hatten insgesamt eine wirklich schöne Zeit dort. Schon beim Check-in wurden wir sehr freundlich begrüßt, und zu unserer Überraschung bekamen wir direkt ein Upgrade auf ein größeres Zimmer. Das Zimmer war ruhig, sauber und komfortabel – ein sehr angenehmer Start in den Aufenthalt. Besonders positiv aufgefallen ist uns der Service im Restaurant. Am Mittag des Vortages war ein bestimmtes Gericht, das wir bestellen wollten, leider nicht verfügbar. Das Team hat aber wirklich Alles unternommen, diesen Wunsch trotzdem möglich zu machen. Und tatsächlich: Am nächsten Abend wurde es uns serviert – sogar zusammen mit einem zweiten, passenden Gericht. Diese Extra-Aufmerksamkeit hat uns wirklich gefreut. Ein weiterer schöner Moment war, dass mir nachträglich noch ein Geburtstagskuchen aufs Zimmer gebracht wurde. Komplett unerwartet, und eine sehr nette Geste. Die Anlage selbst ist groß, schön gepflegt und bietet zwei Strände, die sich gut zum Entspannen eignen, Hiking Optionen und vieles mehr. Die Mitarbeiter waren durchweg freundlich und hilfsbereit, ohne aufdringlich zu sein. Insgesamt hatten wir einen entspannten und angenehmen Aufenthalt im Constance Ephelia. Das Zimmer-Upgrade, der persönliche Einsatz im Restaurant und vieles mehr haben den Besuch für uns besonders gemacht. Wir würden wiederkommen.
