Our room was really clean. The Butler Service was great. The maid service did a great job each day. The food was great. We enjoyed the entertainment each night as well. We would definitely go back.

Everything was great. My room was great. The restaurant Tortugas was great except for they have a problem with flies. Very annoying. Other than that. The staff is wonderful. and they make great drinks Hope, Nicholas and Marco all fantastic bartenders.

At the very last minute after getting off the airplane, we received a notice that our reservation had been changed and received poor instructions to find the place. Our taxi could not locate, so we were forced to find last minute accomodation costing of course more money. We are not happy about this ...
