「The host Sabrina was great she checked in often to make sure we had everything we needed the unit had everything we needed with a nice pool area and a beach was a great balcony for sitting and enjoying the garden property was close to downtown Marigot convenient for shopping, groceries, restaurants, and bus depot you could go anywhere you wanted on the bus for 2 to 4 dollars we had a wonderful time would definitely recommend this property. The front balcony could get a little noisy with traffic...

「It is completely dead at this time of year. We liked it ! The road leading to the hotel from the airport is in complete disrepair with speed bumps every 100 yards.」

「I can see why some people would love this property. The suites are spacious and have everything that you need for an extended stay. Unfortunately, our stay was marred by a significant ant intrusion and poor internet (none one evening). That being said, there is a good grocery store a short walk away, in suite laundry and twice weekly housekeeping. Hopefully, that issues we ran into will be resolved and this will be the wonderful property it can be.」

「There is not a single ashtray to be found anywhere on the property. Not at the bar, not at the restaurants, not anywhere on the grounds, not in the rooms. Need an ashtray, go to the gift shop and buy one.」
