“The hotel itself is in great condition and looks well maintained, which makes the experience even more disappointing. Unfortunately, the service is on the level of a hostel rather than a proper hotel. The staff give the impression that they’re doing you a favor instead of simply doing their job, which makes interactions frustrating. Room service is practically nonexistent. While La Terrasse has a beautiful pool onsite, a lovely roof garden, and a convenient parking garage, the minimal communication from and availability of staff, coupled with the restrictiveness of the supposedly “shared amenities” of La Plage, was frustrating to navigate. “The property is well kept, great location and excellent beach access. Can’t review the food because we didn’t have any lunch or dinner at the resort. The distance from everything was great and the restaurants and markets surrounding the resort was great. Highly recommend for families traveling with kids. ”

“The room was clean; however, the air conditioning had a slightly musty smell. Unfortunately, the experience was disrupted when housekeeping knocked on our door before 10:00 a.m. and informed us that checkout time was 10:00 a.m. This was incorrect, as I had confirmed that checkout was at 11:00 a.m. I raised this with the front desk, as guests should not be disturbed before the official checkout time. “The view from our room was very nice. Although on the first floor with a limited sightline it was still nice. I was a bit disappointed with the breakfast, as it was very limited and the restaurant provided no real service. It might just as well had been a refrigerator in the lobby of the hotel. It is a "continental" style breakfast, but think very basic "continental". Our room also had a plumbing problem when we checked-in and it took about 1.5 hours to repair.
