“My wife and I have travelled to St. Martin for 30 years, on and off. This was our first stay at Mary's Boon. We loved it there. If you want luxury go elsewhere. It is a bit old and could use some upgrades, however, it is the most comfortable place we have stayed at in years. Our room was secluded with its own patio, very clean and very comfortable. Every member of the staff was fantastic. Food in their restaurant was delicious. Lastly, how can you miss when you are right on the beach. We……

“There is not a single ashtray to be found anywhere on the property. Not at the bar, not at the restaurants, not anywhere on the grounds, not in the rooms. Need an ashtray, go to the gift shop and buy one.”

“Upkeep with the window treatment is required. The rods were broken and curtains stained, dirty and dusty. The rooms were clean but definitely needs an upgrade.”

“This property is pretty modern, clean and easy to get around. It’s located where you can easily drive to many restaurants within 5-20 min depending on what you would like. It’s also an easy walk to the beach. It’s located on the low side of the island so driving was easier than the hills. ”

“Good for a cheap one night stop over. Quite run down, pillows were tiny. Pool was a bonus and instant coffee available in reception. Couldn’t quite see the purpose of a coffee machine in the room with no coffee or filters. If your looking for a cheap stop over would recommend and Super U is ten minute walk away.”

“I can see why some people would love this property. The suites are spacious and have everything that you need for an extended stay. Unfortunately, our stay was marred by a significant ant intrusion and poor internet (none one evening). That being said, there is a good grocery store a short walk away, in suite laundry and twice weekly housekeeping. Hopefully, that issues we ran into will be resolved and this will be the wonderful property it can be.”
