「The Good: Building and location is nice, it's located near a supermarket and restaurants. The Bad: The walls of the room need repainting. There's no soap in the dispensers, and my room had no toilet paper. These small issues prevented a higher score.」

「The location and view from the room Is amazing. This is my 3rd time at the Sapphire beach club which I love and I recommended it to others. But, the AC was almost not working. It was VERY weak. It was not cooling the room. It was humid inside the room. Definitely the ceiling fan helped but was not sufficient. I reported this to the staff but no one did anything. Which is sad. I hope this is to be considered as this is one of my favourite location at SXM.」

「Trip was wonderful… Rooms clean and nice. Food choices and quality good to excellent」

「Green flags: *gorgeous views *quiet while still near lots of restaurants/markets/nightlife *walkable beach *ample parking Pink flags: *disturbingly thin walls *paying for a deluxe balcony room w ocean view, then getting a random sealed room with a view to the buffet line RED FLAG: *the pregnant roach scurrying across the wall on our first night 😭」

「relaxed atmosphere/clean/on beach/」

「Very Good place to stay」

「We had a Penthouse unit with a view of Simpson Bay. Awesome sunsets and views of the entire area. Rooms were clean and spacious. Balcony great. Staff was very helpful. One issue was only 1 elevator was working the whole time we were there, but we managed. Lots of things to do and places to eat within walking distance. I've been to this resort a few times before and would continue to go back.」

「The slowest WiFi I have ever experienced 」

「Our favorite place on Earth! We have travelled there for 13 years and can't stay anywhere else! The staff is awesome. The amenities, the pool the beach etc. All excellent!」
