Went on a birthday trip in October and stayed here. The rooms were clean, staff was amazing. I was hesitant about staying because of the reviews but I’m happy I didn’t listen because we had a great time. We will definitely be back again

The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the hotel was clean and well-maintained. It was a comfortable place to stay for our stay, and the convenient location made it easy to get around the area. The room was tidy and had everything we needed for a pleasant stay. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely consider staying here again when visiting the area.

The staff was very friendly like they have always been. Currently they are still working on renovating Gismo’s bar but should be completed probably in the next few weeks. The beach is the most consistent non saraggasum on the island. Also great snorkeling area.

The hotel is lovely, and its beach is stunning. It wasn't my first time on the island, which is why I decided to return. They still need to learn how to properly run an all-inclusive service; many other places offer this with great variety and qualified staff. I hope they can get the hotel running much better, as its location is wonderful.

Room was clean, all-inclusive offering is not that vast, good enough for a budget vacation. Staff were 3/10 really nice. The other portion was very dismissive. Not a bad choice, but probably won’t come back again.
