Second time at this location and I can’t say enough things. From the convenience of being near shops, market, restaurants, beach and pool you won’t have to worry about figuring out places to go and get things. The staff is always working to keep the entire area clean and maintained. The beach is gorgeous! Must visit!

While the rooms were a little dated, everything was very clean and very comfortable. Grounds were immaculate, great pool and amazing beach. Plenty of lounge chairs. Staff were all friendly and helpful. Night bartender, Jay, was awesome. Hotel is in a nice area, plenty of restaurants in walking distance.

Staff very pleasant and place clean. A peaceful quiet stay its not a party hotel. Beach steps away from the pool.
Room very spacious and a kitchenette so you can walk to supermarket. Buy some snacks and water. Restaurants you can walk to you really done need to rent a car unless you want too.
Bathroom nice size could us a new shower head.
Our go to place when staying in St. Marten.
Mr. London will give you all the information for boat rides and anything you want to do.

The hotel is well located and comfortable. Pleasant and helpful staff. Checkout time at 10 am can be a bit tight because the restaurant doesn't start breakfast until 8:30. We were to pd that it would be ok up to about 10:30.

The room was clean and spacious and all rooms seem very well positioned, facing the ocean and pool and garden all at once.
The hot tub was a nice plus.
In-site restaurant while looked great and well set up, all the food was bland in spite of its presentation.
Location is ideal for walking to other restaurants and the casino is merely steps away as well as famous sunset bar and the beach for plane watching are right at your doorstep.

The room was very spacious & had a fully stocked kitchen. It is a little dated but worked great for our needs. The balcony we had was massive & had a great view of the ocean & the airport to watch the planes land & take off. There is definitely a lot of noise from the planes all day until around 8pm which was fine for us. There is also a lot of noise from the street from the bars & locals riding ATVs & motor bikes that go well into the night. If you are not okay with that this hotel is not for you. Overall experience was great for our family trip. Would return again
