“The home met all of our expectations and the pictures perfectly matched what we experienced. Our three adult couples enjoyed the pool, the views and the location. We also really appreciated Sabrina meeting us at our rental car location and leading us to the villa. She provided a fantastic tour of the home and answered all of our questions. We're all ready planning a return trip.”

“Needs a house/villa number on the outside to identify you are at the correct villa. There was no mention of all the bedrooms being upstairs. This would not be a child or elderly friendly place to stay. The villa was hot when we arrived, guess we expected the AC to be on. We had no hot water the first night but finally figured out how to turn it on. The nonslip mat in the shower was falling apart & needs replaced. Something under the entrance door to prevent lizards from entering would be……

“Fantastic vacation! The property was spectacular, views were tremendous and Alexandra was a wonderful host. Luxury environment, very clean, all amenities you desire, enjoyed new pickleball court…pictures and words don’t do it justice. Our group of 8 loved our time!”

“Excellent accueil et disponibilité du proprio qui habite juste à côté. Coin tranquille , parfait pour relaxer avec une vue super. Sentiers à proximité. Seule déception accès à la mer oui mais pas de plage accessible à pieds. Ça peut finalement être un plus, il y a plein de belles plage à visiter ;-) Épicerie U à 3 minutes en voiture. Chambre master avec toilette+ douche . Il y a une petite salle d'eau+douche au 1er plancher. À l'étage il y a les deux autres chambres. Pas évident quand on mesure……

“Johnny and Cofa are AMAZING hosts. They are so accommodating, friendly, kind, and helpful. Communicate communicated with us every time we were at our state to make sure we are having a good time. The villa is so spacious relaxing right next to the beach. It’s the perfect getaway. We were in an amazing location next to locals bars, restaurants coffee shop, supermarkets. This is the real Saint Martin that you need to experience! We have met wonderful people in our neighborhood. We will definitely……

“ Check in was easy, all was well explained in messages prior to arrival. There was even a video to show how to use the entertainment system. The host as well as the housekeeper contacted us to make sure all was okay and that we had no problems. The home itself is in good condition and was as represented in the photos. The pool was clean and the kitchen was set up with all the necessary amenities. There were lots of towels for both home and beach use. The location had easy access to the……
