"Fantastic beach with very friendly workers. everything we ate was excellent, pool small but clean needs some tile work done, plenty of lounge chairs available with umbrellas and tables. our room the blinds were broke, they could never get our safe to work properly, had 2 issues with tv and they fixed that, hotel needs major updating. we lost water pressure twice but not for long. walkable to some stores and dining. right next to airport so it can be loud at times with jets. everything is more EXPENSIVE so do not get shocked. taxis are not that bad. bring plenty of $1- and $5-dollar bills as you will need them for tipping out some. gratuities added to many bills so make sure you check before tipping on top of bill. airport easy in easy out. hard to say if we would stay there again, Mary's is small compared to some other places down there if that is what you are looking for. hope this helps."

"Check in was very easy! The views absolutely cannot be beat. We worried it may be a bit loud with night clubs nearby but we slept soundly! The pool is excellent and the restaurant on property absolutely SPOILED my daughter for her birthday dinner. Already planning on coming back!"

"Hotel was clean , beautiful island, food nearby. This was my first time visiting and I wish the staff would’ve given me information on excursions. No one tells you what there is to do so I would say plan ahead and have your itinerary of activities ready. We had to figure everything out on our own. The hotel spa is amazing!! Also a little heads up the hotel doesn’t have a normal shower, the shower has a small half door which makes it next to impossible to shower without getting the whole bathroom floor wet. The hotel doesn’t really have much going on at the pool no live dj or pool parties. It is more of a relaxing vibe not a party vibe hotel."

"This is a fantastic place. We loved it and were really impressed with the property, it really lived up to the listing, which isn’t always the case with other places I’ve stayed. The airport views were unparalleled, so it’s really an aviation lover’s dream. And a beautiful ocean view just past the airport. Also, even being so close to the airport, it was surprisingly quiet inside the house even when the jets were taking off and landing. Lapierre was available for questions and very responsive. We had a great time. 10/10, recommend, would stay again."

"Our family of seven had an amazing stay at this property in Simpson Bay. The home was exactly as advertised—spacious, clean, and well-maintained. The views were incredible, especially from the outdoor areas, and the pool quickly became everyone's favorite spot to relax after a day of exploring the island.The location was perfect. We were close to restaurants, beaches, grocery stores, and everything we wanted to do while still having plenty of privacy. The property worked great for a multi-generational family trip, giving everyone enough space to spread out while still enjoying time together.The host was responsive, helpful, and made the entire process easy from booking through check-out. Any questions we had were answered quickly.This was one of our favorite family vacations, and the house played a big part in that. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting St. Maarten, especially families or larger groups looking for a comfortable and beautiful place to stay."
