It is time to relax and enjoy nature’s beauty! You will get the best of both worlds in this waterfront oasis that overlooks the serene lake which is also conveniently located just an hour from the city.
Enjoy your very own incredible personal lakefront home with 4 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms with plenty of space to sleep 12 comfortably. Take in the lake views from your own dock and sand beach on Lake Mahopac. Find fun anytime of the year, by go swimming, kayaking, & stand-up paddle boarding (available on the property) in the summer, enjoy Autumn colors with fantastic leaf transformations, or local skiing/ice fishing gear in the winter. Also, the house is equipped with a ping pong table, foosball, and sure-shot basketball to keep you entertained all the time. You also have direct access to the lake from the dock and can swim in the lake.
Start your morning on the deck with a cup of coffee as the sun hits the pristine lake. Daytime activities range from hiking, biking, swimming, and fishing. You can also just sit back and enjoy a good book. At days end you will want to be back on the deck with your favorite beverage. You will have a front row seat for the most beautiful sunsets. Direct access to lake from the deck and can swim in the lake.
THE PROPERTY: Located on W Lake Blvd, the house cannot be missed. The private parking can easily accommodate up to 6 vehicles.
MAIN FLOOR: The main floor includes a king bed bedroom, as well as a full bathroom. Also, the kitchen, living room, dining area, and game room are all on the main floor. The well-equipped kitchen has stainless steel appliances and all that you need to prepare meals (pots, pans, utensils, dishes, and more). For coffee lovers, we have a K-cup. Please bring your own favorite blend. The wood dining table can seat you and your friends.
UPPER FLOOR: Upstairs you will find two queen size bedrooms. There is also one large bedroom (kid’s hangout) which has a couch, TV, 1 full-size bed, and 5 twin size beds (two bunkbeds). Also on the floor is a full bathroom.
ENTRY/EXIT: We have a coded a keypad for easy access self-check-in and check-out. A house caretaker lives nearby and will be available in case of any issues or questions.
GETTING THERE: Just located within 60 minutes (driving) from Manhattan with lots of great local shopping, dining, and hiking. The home is accessible via Metro North (Croton Falls Station) from Grand Central Station. Once at the station, the house is a short taxi/Uber away. Once at the house, you can also take a Taxi/Uber to all the adventures and activities in the area with local hiking, shopping, and incredible restaurants to explore.

POLICIES:
- Please purchase the necessary trip insurance, in case of any unforeseen events that might result in a refund request. Refunds might be issued on case-to-case basis, only as a credit towards a future stay. We reserve the right to re-bill if a booking website or bank/credit card institution decide to refund any or all parts of the stay.
- Trash must be removed by guests upon check-out of the property and placed in the designated trash area.
