Very comfortable aparment

Very comfortable apartment with almost everything you need. Waitrose almost opossite and high street nearby. Easy to go to train station. There are 3 things we found missing: mirror in the bathroom, entrance door mat and hook for jackets at the entrance.

Poor and not suitable

Instructions for locker didn't work (different code provided), had to call up the helpline and get the most up to date code. No VAT invoice provided (they advised me to talk to hotels.com and then I was advised to talk to the hotelier Viridian). The cleaning could have been better I found dust. There were problems with the heating in the main hall. There was no iron (not suitable if you need to iron a shirt).

Stay away from this rude customer service company

The day I arrived after 10 hours of travel, I arrived only to find out that they forgot to put out the keys for my flat. I had to sit and wait on the cold stairs for a long time before they were able to rebook me to another flat, which caused me to now having a cold. Further, they refuse to replace toilet paper for you and blatantly ignore you when you raise concerns for them. I find this ridiculous and as really bad service. Now I am learning that the place also just cancelled my upcoming reservation, leaving me with only 2 days to do a new booking. This means there are no suitable places left for me to book. I don’t even know what to say at this point.. Dont stay here guys
