“The space was good for 4 adults traveling. The beds were comfortable, we liked all the windows and views. Good amenities (dishwasher, washer/dryer, tv). “The location is great and the appartment was spacious and comfortable. A bit tricky getting luggage in the street door as you have to hold the door open and start taking up the stairs before there is room to shut the door, and have to carry up to second floor. We only had to do this on arrival and departure, so a minor inconvenience. However if you have heavy luggage it could be difficult.”

"There were no outlets near any of the mirrors in the room for using a hairdryer, and the bathroom only had a socket for shavers. The only outlet closest to a mirror was at the very bottom of the full-length mirror by the entrance—almost at floor level. Since the hairdryer’s cord was too short, trying to use it in front of a mirror in the room was pure frustration. The drop-off zone in front of the hotel entrance costs £7.20 and only allows a 10‑minute stay? That's insane."
