"Staff was very pleasant, location great for a place to crash on a long trip with proximity to the freeway, room was quiet and well accommodated and parking plentiful. Only complaint is poor shower drainage and knocking pipes when shower used upstairs."

"Sadly I have experienced this hotel deteriorate over the past year or so. After this last visit I will not returning. It is older, carpets in rooms are dirty and in areas coming apart from wear and use. Kitchen is not equipped with basic needs such as silverware, TV too old to even watch certain movies from Netflix and Amazon prime in addition to this TV is unreliable to actually turn on. Lastly this last trip I ended up being locked out of my room for over two hours due to a faulty card reader. Had to wait for maintenance to be called and travel to the hotel in order to repair."

"The graveyard shift front desk person is a fantastic employee! I wish i could remember his name is was unusual. He checked me in without any issue. I went to my room and it was freezing the AC was on all the way. He asked me if I needed some extra blankets, he was happy to bring them to me and I had turned the ac off and the heat up and figured it would take a bit to warm up. The front desk dropped off the blankets and asked if I need a space heater. This was strange inquiry but I thought once this warms up I should be fine with extra blankets. I only stayed that night and realized the heat never came on. So I left in the morning so I never really got say anything. I am sure they knew after I left. Also the sink pretty cracks in it, and there was a window in the shower that was at chest height without privacy glass. Everything was pretty old and worn down, I am not who they had doing the painting and repair work, but it was not a professional. It’s a beautiful hotel outside but once you get closer you start to see the age and need for restoration and the sad attempts to cover thing up, paint over things that really need just to be replaced or restored. Also I was not told about the heat or the fact workers would be hammering right outside my room door at 7am. I work late and this was annoying and I felt should have been disclosed, just like I stayed a day or two later for few nts. They again didn’t mention the room they were giving me in the same building had no heat. 😡"

"Staff was friendly, and overall a good place for what I paid for it. A bit loud being near the highway but they can’t help that, and some of the other people staying there were loud at random times of night and there were some sketchy characters hanging around all the time. Over all good bang for my buck, and it was nice having a fridge/freezer at my disposal. I always suggest an upgrade to smart TVs, as well, so guests can just screencast or airplay with their cell, who wants to watch tv with commercials anymore? Lol"

"This property was very close to where I had activities during my stay, which is why I chose it. The property was impeccably clean and sufficiently well-appointed. The host and on-site property manager were very responsive to the couple of questions I had. I was a single traveler, and although the property could sleep a couple more, it was perfect for my needs. I thought the rate was quite reasonable and a good value. Should I have the same event next year, I would definitely come back to this property!"
