"Didn’t get greeted properly, it’s smell like pure weed by the entrance, the water of the pool was not clean, and just to go to the pool with the wheelchair we had to go through the kitchen because there was no entrance through the other two door for a wheelchair. "

"Rooms were ok.. by the time I actually got into one first there was no remote for the tv had to walk back to the front desk as the room was all the way in the back when I got the remote finally and got back the TV would not turn on lol so I went back to the front desk and got a new room when I got to the new the keys didn't work so had to go back to the front again I was told room 237 at first then 235 when. I got back again the keys still didn't work on 235 so I checked 237 and it worked after a hour finally got into a room and the TV workked lol "

"We stayed here for April Spring break 2026. This is my first Hyatt stay where their wasn't a microwave in the room.We had to go downstairs to heat our food up at the ONE microwave they had for the whole hotel! The floors kind of smelled like feet even though the hotel was clean. The bathroom was sooo damn small that the door barley missed the toilet when closing. The toilets are so low to the ground that if you have bad knees you would need assistance getting off of the thrown! No smart tv's on the premises just dumb tv's! The pool was out if service so their was nothing to do but the gym. This hotel really need a upgrade ! 😩 "

"The staff was nice. The pool being closed for half my trip was crazy. The excuse was lame. I have a cuts on my leg from pull out bed frame because of the space. The hold on my card was insane. I probably won't pick residence inn for anything. "

"They allow kids to book a stay here I am assuming that is who stomped down my door at 2am on the third floor will be filing a compliant. Breakfast wasn’t well "
