"We booked two apartments 3 bdr and a two bdr classic apartment). They upgraded the 2 bdr to a 3 bedroom. The apts had a powder room by the living room , bathrooms in the master bdr and in the hallway. The apartments were a stone’s throw away from the Eiffel Tower and a 3 minute walk to metro station . Best location in my opinion. The apartments were clean, large dining and living room with windows overlooking the Eiffel Tower. We would go to the balcony and view the lighted Eiffel tower for hourly light show! The kitchen is small but functional, clean, with cooking ware. Washer and dryer is in the kitchen. Our family appreciated the washer and dryer. It was hot in Paris but they did have aircon units, not centralized aircon. There was a large one in the living room, one in the master and one in the 2-twin bedroom. There was no unit in the bunkbeds room, which was the smallest, and was very hot. The guest had to sleep in living room. The aircon units were loud and was hard to sleep. I hope they get the modern smaller quieter units, as it did take space from the bedrooms. The bathrooms were clean, decent size and had clean towels, liquid body wash , soaps, vanity set. However there was no shampoo and conditioner. Overall, we enjoyed our stay, we cooked breakfast , did uber eats once and ate in dining room. We enjoyed the French restaurants nearby and bought groceries from Franprix , 5 min away. Highly recommended !"
