"This is an older property without any modern touches—but it was clean, well-maintained, peaceful and the view from our balcony was spectacular. It was convenient having the the restaurant nearby which had a lively vibe, great food and staff— and a plaza with small shops a short drive away. "

"The room was very clean and spacious! The pool and hot tub were clean and my daughter enjoyed playing in both. Definitely would stay again!!"

"All of staff was very friendly through out the whole stay. Very accommodating when it came to extending day for late check out since my flight was at 9pm. Grounds were kept up even when first Kona low came through. "

"Partial ocean view as promised. Food good but not outstanding and food prices were ridiculously high ( $60) for breakfast buffet. It was nice but very busy and noisy at times because of so many people. Nice luxury hotel but didnt always feel like the relaxed pace we have expected from Hawaii."

"Disappointed the golf course partially closed and still changing full price is a big turnoff at this resort! Not good for business!"
