Beautiful place, even better then the pictures

The view is spectacular from sunrise to sunset and the pool area has everything you need after a day at the beach with shades under the pergola or the olive trees. The house was perfect for five. We recommend a car to get to the beach and the supermarket.

Nice House with stunning view

We really enjoyed our stay in this beautiful house with the great pool and the stunning view ober the bay of Makarska. The garden is very nice and it is a quiet location just 20 min to walk to the old city and the harbour. It‘s very comfortable that the pool was heated and you can sit outside and watch the Sunset. Everything was really clean and nicely prepared and the owner was super nice. The communication with the agency was perfect and also very accomodating. We loved this place and can highly recommend it.

Die Villa ist super, perfekt mit allem ausgestattet, überall Klimaanlage, Küchenausstattung 5 Sterne

Großartiger Poolbereich, viele Sitzmöglichkeiten draussen, teilweise überdacht, Handtücher im Überfluss und: seh, sehr netter Vermieter( Marino), jederzeit erreichbar und mit vielen Tipps!!Wir können diese Unterkunft nur empfehlen- sie ist in allen Belangen den Preis wert!Vielen Dank Marino und Familie für deine Gastfreundschaft!!

Besser als erwartet !

Das Haus ist in echt besser als auf den Fotos. Die Lage des Hauses ist auch gut und nicht weit von der Stadt. War alles super sauber. Pool war gut. Check-In und Check-Out ohne Probleme. Kommunikation war super schnell freundlich. Gerne wieder!

sehr sauber, herzlicher Empfang, herrlicher Blick, 20 min bis Innenstadt, Einrichtung perfekt, Ende Oktober mit grandiosen Wetter, beheizen mit Klimaanlage funktionierte prima, Pool ca 23°C, kein Touristenrummel mehr, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten üppig, etwas Geruch im unteren Zimmer

Absolut Traumhafte Villa

Wir durften eine wunderschöne Zeit in der Villa Mendula verbringen. Hier fehlt es einem an nichts. Es ist unglaublich wie an alles gedacht wurde. Die Villa ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man alltäglich braucht. Und alles ist extrem sauber. Als ob es gerade neu gebaut wurde. Es gibt einen aussen Grill mit Waschbecken. Überall im Garten schöne Blumen und Bäume. Die Villa liegt komplett abgelegen. Da kommt kaum ein Auto oder Spaziergänger vorbei. Absolute Ruhe, da die Villa on einer Sackgasse auf dem Berg liegt. Bis zum Strand 10 min mit dem Auto. Aber das Absolute Highlight ist der infinity Pool. Unglaublicher Panoramablick über Makarska. Sehr sauberer Pool. 4 liegen und eine Sitzecke vorhanden. Ah man kann gar nicht genug Schreiben, wie schön es ist. Riesen Dankeschön an den Vermieter Marino. Vom ersten Treffen bis zur Heimfahrt, hat er sich bestens um uns gekümmert und hat uns alle Wünsche erfüllt. Dazu hat er mir zum Geburtstag, den ich in der Villa verbringen durfte, einen Kuchen mitgebracht. Sehr sehr nett und Aufmerksam. Die komplette Villa, haben wir für uns alleine gehabt. Es gibt nicht mal Nachbarn. Wir kommen wieder. Marina und Maxim

Traumhaftes Ferienhäuschen

Bei diesem Objekt handelt es sich um ein modernes, gemütliches, sauberes Ferienhäuschen mit einem fantastischen Infinity-Pool und spektakulären Ausblick. Das Haus liegt ruhig, nicht weit von Makarska entfernt gelegen. Wir haben zu fünft dort Urlaub gemacht. Es war ausreichend Platz. Ein wundervoller Ort um die Seele baumeln zu lassen. Die Aussicht war grandios. Man kann sich auf die Bilder im Netz verlassen. Alles entspricht der Realität. Wir waren begeistert.

Amazing

Fantastic place with a breathtaking view from the terrace and pool. We were 4 adults spending 1 week at this amazing house. Will love to come back one day. There is a nice outdoor grill and the house is in good shape with a new kitchen. Only negative thing was that it got very hot in the bedroom upstairs. The air-condition could not cool it down because it was placed on the other side of the wall.

Für einen Erholungsurlaub perfekt 👍

Das Haus war zwar klein, aber sehr schön. Es liegt etwas abgelegen, keine direkten Nachbarn. Im Haus gab es alles was man in einem normalen Haushalt brauch. Der Pool und der Ausblick waren ein Traum. Allerdings war es schade das vor Ort nicht viel geboten war. Wahrscheinlich ist Anfang Mai noch nicht wirklich Touri-Saison. Aber wer in einer 4 köpfigen Gruppe gemütliche Abende verbringen möchte ist hier genau richtig. Sehr empfehlenswert 👍

wunderbare Lage, schöner Pool, sehr ruhig

Das Haus ist sehr schön und in der Ausstattung (Geschirr, Herd, Mikorwelle, Filterkaffeemaschine, Grill usw.) ist alles vorhanden. Das untere Schlafzimmer ist etwas klein und die Bewegungsfreiheit etwas eingeschrenkt. Auch in der Dusche ist etwas eng. Hatten diese Erfahrung aber schon im Urlaub davor in einem anderen Ferienhaus - ist somit anscheinend Landestypisch. Das sind aber Kleinigkeiten. Der Pool hat einen fantastischen Ausblick und ist von der Temperatur angenehm. Auch die Liegemöglichkeiten und Sitzmöglichkeiten sind ausreichend vorhanden und sehr bequem. Der Besitzer ist auch regelmäßig gekommen und hat den Pool gereinigt und sich auch erkundigt ob alles OK ist. Sehr netter junger Herr. Zur Lage liegt das Haus wie in den Bildern ersichtlich in den Bergen und somit ist es zumindest eine Anstrengung zu Fuß zum Strand oder zum Einkaufen zu kommen. Aber mit einem Pkw ist alles sehr gut und auch schnell zu erreichen. Maximal 10 Minuten. Essen ist im Ort immer sehr gut gewesen - wir können aber nur wärmstens das Restaurant seiner Schwester empfehlen. In machen Restaurants kann es sein das ein Tisch reserviert werden muß. Wir werden auf alle Fälle diesen Urlaub in schöner Erinnerung behalten und würden auch wieder dort hin fahren.

Perfekte Lage und eine sensationelle Aussicht

Wir waren für 2 Wochen in diesem tollen und sehr gepflegten Ferienhaus zu Gast. Es war himmlisch! Die ruhige Lage, die tolle Aussicht und der geniale Pool. Das Haus ist für eine 4-5 köpfige Familie super. Die Bäder sind etwas klein - aber es gibt 2 und somit verteilt sich das sehr gut. Da ein Doppelschlafzimmer im Souterrain liegt und keine Verbindung zum Haupthaus hat, könnten hier auch gut 2 Paare oder eine Familie mit älteren Kindern wohnen. Ansonsten fehlt es an nichts und wir hatten einen rundum perfekten Urlaub. Vielen Dank auch an die tolle und sehr zuverlässige Betreuung vor Ort durch Marino und seine Mutter. Die Abwicklung über Prominens lief hervorragend. Wir würden auch noch mehr Sterne geben...

Das Ferienhaus hat eine sehr schöne Lage mit einem tollen Außenbereich.

Das Feriendomizil ist sehr schön mit einem wunderbaren Außenbereich. Allerdings fällt das Haus kleiner als auf den Bildern aus. Der Inhaber spricht fließend englisch und ist sehr hilfsbereit. Die Lage ist ruhig und man ist für sich. Dieses Ferienhaus empfehlen wir weiter!

Toller Pool mit Meerblick

Wir haben zu zweit eine wunderbare Woche in Makarska verbracht. Das Haus liegt angenehm ruhig am Ende einer Sackgasse, das Ortszentrum ist mit dem Auto in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Alles war sehr sauber und gepflegt, der Pool phantastisch!!! Der Hausbesitzer war sehr nett und zuverlässig, auch die Buchung über Prominens können wir empfehlen. Ricki und Martin

Wunderbar

Es war ein ganz toller Urlaub. Das Haus ist sehr ruhig gelegen. Der Ausblick einzigartig. Der Vermieter und auch seine Mutter waren immer sehr nett zu uns. Wir waren mit 3 Kindern da, die fanden den Pool Klasse.

Perfect place to stay

The house, garden and poolarea looks just as nice in real life as in the pictures. It was very clean and tidy, flowers everywhere and the house is equiooed with everything you need. The owner is a very nice and helpful man. Makarska can offer so many different things. The nature is spectacuar, and I will recommend the restaurant Rhpina down by the harbour and Konoba Ranč in Tučepi. We will be back !
