Very nice modern villa. Great views.

We really enjoyed our stay at Villa Nera in Makarska. The pool is great and the outside area was nice and spacious, the villa is modern and clean. The owners are really nice people and were on hand for anything we needed.

Beautiful property!

We had a wonderful stay at Villa Nera! The property was beautifully decorated and had everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. We loved the fact that all three bedrooms had an ensuite, and the air conditioners worked very well, even for US standards. The location was isolated and quiet with a gorgeous view of the town and sea, and the pool was the icing on the cake! My favorite part of our vacation was floating in the pool on the provided lounge blow-up to the relaxing sounds of the waterfall from the pool!

Das Haus entsprach unseren besten Erwartungen. Gute Ausstattung, nette Vermieterin, tolle Aussicht auf Makarska und ruhige Lage am Hang. Der Gasgrill ist eine tolle Sache. Eine schmale Zufahrtstrasse und eine ordentliche Steigung bei der Anfahrt. Nicht so sehr für große Autos geeignet.

Super Lage - kleine Fehler im Detail

Das Objekt hält grundsätzlich, was es verspricht. Schönes Haus mit super Aussicht. Inneneinrichtung stilvoll und puristisch gehalten. Die Dekoartikel stehen allerdings hierzu im krassen Widerspruch - rosafarben bis hin zu Kunstblumen im Aussenbereich. Sonnenschirme haben die Qualität, die auch ein Strandverkäufer anbietet. Die Rattangarnitur ist in die Jahre gekommen und löst sich teilweise auf. Es ist deutlich erkennbar, dass aus dem Kunststoff der Weichmacher durch die Sonneneinstrahlung gewichen ist. Die Ausstattung der Küche, Besteck etc. erscheint „günstig“.
