Villa EagleStone with perfect privacy - large outdoor space with pool and view
Our property is a house made out of 200 years old stone, it comprises an open plan living room with kitchen and dining area and a bathroom whilst the first floor comprises 2 bedrooms (each or them has its own bathroom).
The outdoor area is special - stone walls have been hand made and perfectly match with mountain Biokovo and espetially with a large rock above, where the eagle has its nest. The outdoor area has a pergola with dining area and fireplace, a private pool and outdoor solar shower. The view is amazing - You can see the sea and islands throughout the whole south side with no obstacles and on the north side is a mountain with its perfect green and grey shades. We are located in a peaceful location with no neighbours, and yet approximately 10 minutes drive to town centre. No words and even photos can describe this oasis of peace and tranquility - you have to experience it!

Traumhaft schön!
Die Villa liegt ca. 1 km abseits von Makarska in den Bergen auf ca. 400 Höhenmetern. Der Ausblick ist den Bildern entsprechend wunderschön und idyllisch. Man hat keine unmittelbaren Nachbarn, dadurch aber auch einen anspruchsvollen Weg hoch zum Haus (Schotter und Unebenheiten). Die Vermieterin hat uns freundlich empfangen und sich sonst sehr gut um uns gekümmert ( Empfehlungen für Restaurants, Anleitungen für den Grill etc.). Sie war steht’s erreichbar für uns bei jeglichen Fragen. Auch die Inneneinrichtung sowie die Ausstattung ließen keine Wünsche offen. Der Außenbereich inklusive Pool ist traumhaft! Dort lässt es sich den ganzen Tag bestens aushalten, egal ob man Schatten oder Sonne möchte. Das einzige Problem was die Lage mit sich bringt, ist das unser Taxifahrer bspw. das Objekt nicht gefunden hat und wir erstmal entgegenlaufen mussten, auf dem Rückweg haben wir ihm dann aber auch gezeigt wie er fahren muss. Wenn man die Villa verlassen möchte um einkaufen zu gehen oder zum Strand zu fahren ist ein Auto ein Muss.
Wir waren sehr glücklich über unsere Wahl und würden immer gerne wieder kommen.

Najlepszy dom w jakim byłem
Dom położony jest na wzgórzu z widokiem z jednej strony na morze a z drugiej na góry. Dom jest samodzielny do najbliższych sąsiadów jest około 200 metrów. Do miejscowości Makarska jest około 1 km a do portu 2 km. Za Ubera płaciliśmy 25- 30 Kun 4 - 5 Euro. Dom dzięki swojemu położeniu zapewnia ciszę i spokój, a zarazem nie zmusza gości do zachowywania stosownej ciszy. Obok domu biegnie szlak górski na ,,Velikie Brdo,,. Wyposażenie domu jest, zgodne z opisem i zapewnia wszelkie wygody. Basen jest bardzo czysty i na życzenie sprzątany, leżaki i parasol do dyspozycji. Na zewnątrz jest grill z całym potrzebnym wyposażeniem ( często z niego korzystaliśmy) Katarina i jej mąż to dwoje wspaniałych młodych ludzi bardzo pomocnych i życzliwych w każdej sytuacji. Gospodarze przywitali nas rakiją , winem i ciastem. ( Ciasto wiśniowe Katariny jest znakomite :)). Reasumując mogę polecić ten dom każdemu ceniącemu ciszę, spokój oraz wygodę.
