All of us including my friends travel with me described their findings of unclean bathrooms. The passenger lifts are slow and two out of three are under repair the first day, and only two available the next day.

Overall the property is alright. Other than it being a bit inconvenient at night. We complained about the speed of the drainage of the bathtub a few times but no one really looked into it. Other than that it is fine

Excellent Short Stay
It was a short trip but we enjoyed our stay at Ames Hotel. The check-in process were excellent and the ambient was really good. Not forgetting the range of food for breakfast. We had a great time. Recommended. Please maintain your cleanliness. Keep up the good work!

Pleasant stay
Overall a pleasant stay. Check in was quick and pleasant. We had an early dinner at the Moonbar and it was good. The room had a slight musty smell whenever we came back in but it was ok once we opened the sliding door and the aircon. Would definitely stay again. Hopefully the hotel can maintain the standard as it is.😊

Strategic location, easy exit to toll, best hotel to stay at if you have golf trips (about 30mins to A Famosa). Good place to stay with kids as bed is super king. Having bath tub helps to keep kids busy! Room is beautiful, love the detailing and rose gold brackets/frames everywhere from room to lobby. Breakfast spread was alright, tasty food. Friendly staff. Will definitely return!

Security and Concierge at night
Very disappointing. Arriving at 1am in the morning, no security guard and no concierge at the main entrance. There are many car park lots just outside the hotel entrance and been blocked up with the written car number plate, probably reserved for the Senior Management Staff for easy parking, but inconvenience the hotel guest. At 1am in the morning, hotel guest needs to park their car far away from the hotel main entrance and security is also a main concern. Check out at 7:30am in the morning, noticed those car park been blocked off are still empty without any car.

We stayed here for two nights when we visited Melaka. This hotel, on the outskirts of Melaka Cental, had just opened. Our room was super clean, spacious, quiet and the shower had plenty of hot water. The staff was friendly and courteous. The breakfast was included in our rate and had many offerings to please virtually any palate. My only complaint is the shower design. There needs to be a shower curtain added because the glass partition isn’t wide enough and shower water sprays all over the floor.

A Nice Hotel
Very nice hotel with a good attempt to reach five stars, however not quite reaching it. There are some details that are just not in the level of 5 stars. The staff is very helpful and polite, although lacking some 5-star skills. Also, the premises are in good condition and the room spacious and good. The pool area, however, is really badly designed: there are only four lounge chairs by the pool and they are all in the shades throughout the day. In addition, there are only few regular chairs available, all in the shades as well. One day we didn't have any hot water coming from the tap in the bathroom. The location is somewhat remote, so you need a car to get around.

出張で1泊だけ利用、綺麗で朝食も悪くない。立地が悪いので使う人は少ないかも。Grabを呼べば問題ないです。価格も安い
