The air conditioning is not working, The room has no windows and the whole room feels like an oven. They do not clean your room. I ask the night watch when i returned and she said that if i need my room cleaned, i must inform the front desk. This is the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. And the worst part is that irs recommended by Hotels.com.

totally a bad experience

- hardly find parking - unfriendly Boss and staff - THEY LET US STAY AT ROOM 211 WITH TOILET DOOR BROKEN, THE TOILET SEWERAGE CHOKE AND THE WORST PART IS WE COULDNT SLEEP WELL THE WHOLE NIGHT DUE TO THE ODOUR CAME FROM THE TOILET! - bed & pillow has odour

정말비추 저렴하게간건 확실하지만 에어컨에서 물떨어지고 침대가 굉장히 더러웠다 찝찝하고 화장실배수구가 막혀 세면대에나와서 샤워를했고 변기가 빠져서 볼일볼때마다 힘들었다정말 절대 가지마세요

Even the room is small for me, but I really love it. I can sleep and take a nap in calm. The air conditioner also work as well as i want it. Hahaha

Brilliant value

Don't listen to the bad reviews make sure you book a twin this hotel is unbelievably good value for money and has the coolest bathroom I've seen in a year of travelling so nice to be able to sit on the toilet and watch tv at the same time!!!

Rats on the ceiling

Many rats running on the ceiling in the midnight, didn't sleep well for the whole night. There are also strange smell in the bathroom. Request to change room for the next 2 nights, but the reception lady ask me to pay extra for a bigger room as there's only 1 single room in their hotel. I refused and ask for refund, end up a guy, I guess is boss, ask the reception change another room for me. And he keep saying never got customer complain noise on the ceiling. This is a very bad impression, because the cleaner and night reception all know about this, how can morning staffs refused to admit this issue? Another small issue is the plasma tv in hotel is old type without USB port... But I feel X that serious and affect my work.

Sederhana sahaja kerana tidak mempunyai lif, kesukaran tempat parking. Lihat pada gambar2 yg dipaparkan seperti menarik biliknya tetapi realitinya tidak. Tilam pun menurun ke tengah katil.

My bad experience on D' hotel

Much more regret than satisfaction. I dont know why previous customer gave high rating on this hotel. There is no private parking. So you have to buy parking coupon and find yourself free parking. One thing that I will never forget was about their bathroom air ventilator produced very bad smell. Every time i turned on the smell will comes out..

D Hotel

Booked the hotel with low expectation given the reviews from this site. But was pleasantly surprised by the helpfulness and friendliness of the front desk staff. The room is really basic and does not even have kettle and cup. Hot water is available at the little kitchenette on the ground floor. The towel was old and soiled.
