訂了3晚,在第一晚入住時就聞到煙味,甚至在半夜4點左右時因有房客抽菸而警響大作,5點又再次警響一次,嚴重影響睡眠!下次不會再考慮住這了。

飯店在馬六甲的小印度區,走到景區約10分鐘,新飯店所以房間住起來很舒適,泳池大景觀美,也有小孩戲水池,健身房不大,跑步機,划步機都有 ,飯店所有工作人員都很熱心幫忙解決問題,非常推薦給大家

The bed is a bit high for a senior person who's not tall(my mom is about 150cm), but we liked the atmosphere in generally. It's not really close to the old town but it's not far on feet and more quiet. Quite nice with such a budget price.

Perfect place to stay panaroma 17 stops right outside. Perfect for travelling from Melaka Sentral bus terminal. Pool was lovely perfect temperature. Breakfast was plentiful but some food was cold. Very busy when tour groups are there. Some food empty by 7.15 had to wait to replenish it. Staff are lovely in all areas. Room was always cleaned promtly each day. Would recommend to stay there walking distance to Jonker and Dutch Square and riverboat tours.

For the price this hotel has the best value. Swimming pool is huge! The location can’t be beat, yet the hotel is still quiet. We would have preferred a long bed, but the queen bed was so comfortable we didn’t even notice the size. One of our best stay hotels in over 2 months of travelling! More check in staff would be beneficial as the lobby is very busy from 3-7 pm

Frustrated Check-in and Extra Payment vs Invoice
Ibis Management ought to put the right resources at check-in 3pm EVERYDAY. Last Sunday I checked in and there's only ONE lady doing check-in for 20 people. Was told hotel manager on leave and so no one to look at slow bad customer service issue. This is VERY LOUSY SERVICE. . Next issue Hotels.com said I pay $x at properly BUT at Ibis I was told to pay R$xxxxx which I dispute. The same ONE LADY asked her office staff to help BUT after waiting SO LONG there's no update. I paid R$xxxxx cos I don't want to hold back the line. BUT need Hotels.com to clear with Ibis management why is your customer being charged $xxxxx instead of just $x !! . I stayed alot of times in Ibis and from now onwards I will NOT book Ibis anymore. Hotels.com as I believe will check on your prestige hotel customer service feedback and do your own investigation and REMOVE Ibis from your booking list if they keep on ignoring your customer feedback. . Ibis management should CROSS TRAIN their 3 staff who were sitting down at the restaurant and others waiting around. Go watch your cctv Sunday 3pm and you would agreed with my strong feedback. . And give an award bonus to that ONLY ONE LADY who worked so hard alone for hours to clear those check-in crowd.

The staff is nice, the room is okay. I would say that the hotel needs to be refreshed, the rooms and the restaurant. The breakfast has limited choice and the quality is average. This is not a 4 star hotel.

Stay at Ibis Melaka
Ever since Ramada closed down, our choice are Hatten & Ibis. Ibis has good location, within walking distance to Jonker & Bukit China, that's why the room rate is on the high side. Overall Ibis is comfortable but Hotel is only 5 storey high so dont expect senic views. The front counter staff said all room has front street view but ours (#519) is on side of bldg looking at an old deserted bldg n an opened car park behind the hotel. We usually dont buy hotel breakfast but ts time paid RM66+ for 2 on the last day bcos rushed to catch an early bus to KL. Personally l feel their bfast opens @7am is late as compared to Ramada (@6am) & Hatten (@6.30am). There were abt 20 pax waiting, some lugged with luggage probably to check out immediately after bfast and all rushed in at 7am when lights on. But Tea machine and egg station not ready. Upon chkg a staff said chef is busy in kitchen. Coffee house is almost 60% full with many more coming in. Chef Archit slowly opened the egg station at 7.15am with abt 10 pax queued waiting. This definitely needs to be improved.

Able to walk to Chinatown and Jonker street. Nice and neat hotel with a bit of cigarette stench where our rooms are. Welcome drink is excellent. Nearby rooms are full of tourists if you are prepared to put up with their early morning schedule!

I slept there for a duration of two nights and have some concise feedback to provide.In general, everything is satisfactory for me, although there are areas that could be enhanced: 1. In order to expedite the check-in process, I must endure a 20-minute wait.There exists a method to accelerate the procedure. 2. When a group arrives for check-in and your lobby becomes too congested, it is important to consider how to effectively segregate the throng in order to ensure the comfort of your in-house guests.There exists a method to accomplish this task.I was present at the location, and it was too loud. 3. Your breakfast is completely obsolete.I should be knowledgeable about the appropriate cuisine to serve for various nationalities.The paratha was exquisite.The sausage abruptly departed in such a manner.I requested wholemeal bread, which was indicated by the food tags. However, when I inquired about it, no one was familiar with this type of bread.Your refills were excessively sluggish, indicating a flawed mis en place strategy for accommodating high occupancy.The service workers had previously notified the cook, and it is evident that all of you are operating without proper organisation.Let's convene and deliberate on strategies to enhance the overall quality of our hotel service.If you require any aid, I am prepared to provide support based on my extensive 25-year experience in this business across multiple locations. Thank you.

Nice clean room but lacking in room amenities. For the price I would expect more. Good location within walking distance to places of interest. Checking in and out was a breeze. Overall satisfactory. But there are probably better choices out there.

EVERYTHING IS GOOD!!! Location (within 10 minutes walk to Jonker Street), clean, spacious, shower (NICEEEEEEEE with strong water pressure), well maintained, hairdryer (nice, consider strong wind for hotel), lights on bathroom mirror (convenient for make up), direct USB charger, wide variety of TV channels, nice bed and pillows, bolsters (ya there are bolsters!!!), no smoking hotel! For improvement: The room cleanliness / maintenance can be better. There is a small stain on the towel. The floor is a bit stikcy too. I have to wear the indoor slippers everytime I am in the room. Basin water pressure is small. (Shower water pressure is superb.) But overall is still acceptable and well maintained. Overall it's a BIG BIG LIKE for IBIS HOTEL!!!
