第一天入住,冷氣机很吵,投诉也不可换房,整晚没睡,第二晚11点回房开冷氣也很吵,忍無可忍,投诉后有工人来修理说不可修好,才答應换房,但找了几间房都还未清理,等到12点多可找到房间,第三天我们11点离开至下午6点回房还未执房,又打电话投訴,才有工人来,我住酒店的次数也很多,從未试过如此,以后不会再進住此酒店!

真是间令人难忘的酒店啊!
无wifi, Tower3A停车场的3B处无法到达楼下柜台处,得从其他楼层穿到其他电梯方能抵达,而且楼下玻璃大门竟然无法打开,也是要重回其他楼层到其他电梯才能到达柜台处的“开放”大门。当到达某层停车场后就不能到其他楼层了,必须下去底层再从新上来过。总而言之就是间令人TMD难以置信的酒店啊!

這住宿大廳上我都蠻滿意。不喜歡的是電梯設備。很差。上一個房間要等半小時的電梯。很慢。裡面有洗衣機,但不給用。不明白為何咯。

最悪。二度部屋を変更して貰った。 最初は冷蔵庫とセーフティボックスが故障。 次が電気が点かない。とにかく設備点検は全くされていない。 エレベーターも4台あるが、チェックイン、アウトの時は全く乗れない。酷い時には15分近くも乗れない時があった。 これまでで最悪のホテル。

The residence didn't have WIFI but the place was good, clean and spacious overall. The toilets were clean too, although not perfect, is well maintained. Water pressure from the shower is so-so but can do the job. The only drawback is that the cupboards seems a little dusty, so we didn't put anything in. The aircon to the gym was also not working and equipment doesn't seem to be very well maintained. However, it should be ok for the price.

I’ve booked apartment and studio suite. Both units are quite spacious but the conditions are not really good..wall paper in the apartment being tore, no unifi, airconds are not well functioning. As for the studio, the bed sheet got some stains and some parts are tore and housekeeping should be improved.

Nice Place, Not Customer Centric Trained Staff
I booked 2 Rooms, me and my friend. I happened to reach early and wanted to check-in both rooms and get the keys as my friend will arrive past midnight. The Staff refused to allow me to check-in on behalf of my friend, unless he sees the ID of the person; even though i booked the room under same booking. After exchange of unhappy and unpleasant conversations, finally we got the room and it late night and miserable experience of checking-in. I parked the car next to the hotel and to find that in the morning that it was premium paid parking and hotel did not update anything about parking while checking in. The room internet wasn't working. After few years of numerous visits and even booking this place for friends and groups, this experience leaves me no choice and i have no plans to book this hotel again. Overall, it makes my last visit to this place... Nice Place, Nice View, Not Customer Centric Trained Staff.

THE WORST HOTEL NOT ONLY IN MALACCA, BUT IN MALAYSIA - The whole unit is dirty! There are lots of dirty marks on the sofa. euuww.. The wall and toilet wall are dirty. It’s like they can’t afford a cleaner - No Wifi! Come on man.. It’s 2022 already! - Extra towell need to pay rm10. Whatttt???? First time in my life!! - Oven and washing machine are not allowed to be used. Then what’s the purpose of putting those amenities??? - The parking is confusing - RM1.5k for two nights with this bad condition, not worth ghe price at all Long story short, NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL

We paid € 250,- for 3 nights in a Premier suite. It was neither Premier nor a suite. It was just a slightly bigger dilapidated hotel room. According to the manager a suite does not mean multiple rooms linked together. According to the dictionary it does... The first room we got we actually refused because it looked so bad and the cupboards where actually falling apart. The second was only marginally better. It said the room would accommodate 4 but there was only a big double bed and a very small couch which was barely big enough for our child. The other slept in our bed. There were only 2 towels in the room.

car park no convenience signage to hotel confusing lifts no sufficient, 4 lifts for 42 stories hotel room maintenance is bad on floor, toilet, furniture the worst is the air conditioner noise, I have to turn off the AC in order to sleep.

Horrible stay.
Horrible room. The toilet was dirty with soiled toilet paper on the toilet floor when we checked in. The phone on the table wasn’t working. The heater wasn’t working. The aircon wasn’t cold. The basin was clogged. There are no good channels on the TV. One man receptionist. Told them about the basin clog , but they didn’t bother to repair it or change my room. Extra towel is chargeable . No daily housekeeping . First and last time to stay there. One word - horrible.

Will not repeat this hotel until they improve all.
Check-in process not so convenience. No Bell Boy can help for your luggage. Not Baby Crib available even in filter Hotel.com said got. Water heater not function, technician come then okay. But afterward our unit was blackout at 3 AM, but no technician available, they said we need to change to another unit. No wonder this hotel only got 3 star. Only got 4 lift available. Their level 2 the Shore Ocenarium and the Shore Sky at level 42 floor is awesome. Worth to come to these 2 place if stay here but closed every wednesday. Plan properly.

Overall good
Room is spacious and clean. Not sure about the wifi as I’m using own data and I couldn’t see any wifi connection under Shore. Can conveniently order from room service at reasonable price or go down to the mall for KFC, Subway or Seoul Garden.

Should have wifi booster for every room, have to near to door only can use wifi. Office chair is not good to seat. Somehow not comfort for who is working.

I travel alone,1st my room aircon is spoil and try to call service line ,but nobody answer the call,so that I pack my bag everything go down and ask,2nd they change new room for me, when I go in to the room I saw lizard past by beside the cup, and the door lock is doesn’t work,,and I try to call service line, again nobody answer call.i when down 2nd time, they just ask me back to the room wait for the technician ,wait almost 30min just settle the lock,well very good funny experience will be 1st ,and last,thanks
