Bright apartment with terrace and parking in the center

Bright and quiet two-bedroom apartment with a small terrace and free PARKING in the same building, for both a car and bicycles (up to six). It has a large, very well-equipped kitchen, a spacious living-dining room (with SMART TV) and a bathroom. One of the bedrooms has a work/study space. Free WIFI, high-speed internet (optical fiber of 1,000 megabytes, 1 GB), and air conditioning (hot/could). Located in the Central District, next to one of the most popular historical markets in the city, the Salamanca Market, with its beautiful monumental façade. You can walk to all the museums, monuments, and the main streets of the center. Fully equipped, the living room has a dining table for six people. It has a nice kitchen with a bar and stools.
–Characteristics:
It has a large living room, very bright, with an exterior window and also a small terrace, very pleasant, where you can have breakfast or lunch. It also has a SMART TV. It has a nice kitchen, very well equipped, which overlooks the living room with a bar with stools. The two rooms have exterior windows, the main one with a double bed and a work/study area, and the secondary one with two single beds. The bathroom is spacious, with a bathtub, and also has a bidet and anbsp;dryer.
–Services:
The kitchen is fully equipped, has a microwave, traditional and capsule coffee maker, kettle, and everything you need to cook. The apartment has a good quality WIFI internet connection and all the comforts for the use of our guests: Air conditioning (hot/could) in the living room and bedrooms, which are also equipped with fans. There is also Smart TV, hair dryer, iron, etc.
Guests have an exclusive free phone medical care (non-hospital) service during their stay through Quirón Salud, a leading hospital group in Spain.
–Terrace and free parking:
It is exceptionally located, in the Central District, next to the popular Salamanca market, one of the most important historical markets in the city, with its imposing neo-Mudejar style monumental façade. You can walk to all the museums, monuments and attractions of the city. The pleasant terrace allows you to have breakfast or eat outdoors, enjoying the excellent climate of the capital of the Costa del Sol. Parking in the center is practically impossible, however the apartment has a space in the building's underground car park, free for our guests, as well as private parking for up to six bicycles.
–How to move:
It is within walking distance of all the monuments and museums, next to the historic Salamanca Market and the Rando Museum. It is also close to supermarkets, neighborhood stores and a wonderful artisan bakery. It is easy to get to from the airport and from the central bus and train stations.
–To consider:
This is a tourist accommodation that meets the Olédays EcoFriendly certification requirements, and has been recognized with the WeRespect certification. It has also been awarded the distinctive 'Tourism Quality Commitment'
NO SMOKING: Smoking is prohibited inside the apartment. It is allowed on the terrace.
CHECK IN: Arrival at the accommodation is from 15:00, but we make an effort to receive our guests at the time they need, upon request.
PETS: Pets are welcome, the owners will be responsible for the well-being of the animal and for any damage they may cause. The rules of the house and the community of owners must be taken into account. €20 will be charged upon arrival for cleaning for each pet. We can provide bed and feeder-drinker, upon request.
BEDS: The apartment has a 150x200cm bed in the main bedroom and two 90x200 bed in the secondary bedroom.
⚠ Low Emission Zone (LEZ) – Málaga
Starting 1 December 2025, only vehicles with the CERO, ECO, C and Blabels will be allowed to drive within Málaga’s LEZ.
Vehicles without an environmental labelmay only enter if registered in Málaga.
From 1 December 2026, this restriction will also apply to Bvehicles not registered in the city.
We recommend parking outside the LEZ and reaching the accommodation by foot, taxi or public transport.
