满意：清洁度、入住、沟通体验
The apartment itself was very nice, clean, and well-maintained, and the bed was fine for my stay. The staff was genuinely friendly and helpful, when I brought up the noise issues, they kindly offered to move me to another unit. However, the alternative was located right next to a nightclub (which stay open until 6:00 AM in Málaga), so I decided to stick it out where I was.
The main drawback right now is that the building/immediate area is an active construction site. Promptly at 8:00 AM every single morning, loud drilling began, paused only during the afternoon siesta, and resumed until 7:00 or 8:00 PM. I had to plan my days around being out the door before 8:00 AM.
Additionally, the immediate neighborhood feels quite gritty. Looking left from the terrace, there is a vacant lot filled with garbage, a discarded mattress sat in front of the building throughout my entire stay, and nearby walls have graffiti warning tourists to stay away, which created an unsettling vibe arriving at the property.
If you plan to be out exploring all day and don't mind the neighborhood aesthetics, the room itself is great. But if you value sleeping in or relaxing in your room during the day, you may want to reconsider staying here until the construction wraps up.
