Located in a privileged enclave in the heart of the city and close to the most interesting areas, this exclusive and elegant one-bedroom apartment is the ideal place for those who want to stay in the center of Malaga with family or as a couple.

Accommodation, Layout, and Equipment

With an area of 65 square meters and a capacity of up to 4 people, this cozy duplex apartment is tastefully decorated with the best quality materials to ensure the comfort and enjoyment of our guests.

The living room has a two-seater sofa convertible into a bed for two adults, a table for up to four diners, and a window that provides plenty of natural light. Integrated into the living room, there is a fully equipped kitchen with wooden tones. Upstairs, the accommodation has a bedroom with a double bed. Additionally, the apartment has a bathroom with a perfectly equipped shower for relaxation.

Equipment and facilities: elevator, iron, WiFi internet access, hairdryer, heat pump heating, air conditioning throughout the accommodation, television, ceramic hob, refrigerator, microwave, freezer, washing machine, dishes, cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, and juicer.

Located in a completely renovated building, it is next to one of the city's most emblematic places, the Church of San Juan Bautista, and a few meters from the bustling Plaza de la Constitución. The location, Cisneros street, is part of one of the traditionally busiest areas of Malaga's life, due to the large number of small businesses on pedestrian streets that you can explore to enjoy the true essence of this Mediterranean city.

Clean apartment in great neighborhood!

I was delighted to be in this clean minimalist apartment after having spent a few nights in a loud Merced flat with filthy upholstery. It has a delightfully clean loft bedroom which is reached by winding stairs with no railing. The bathroom is also upstairs. I stayed during Semana Santa and this 3rd floor apartment did well in blocking out the noise. I used What’s App to communicate with management and they always responded immediately. I would stay here again. I loved the restaurant Astrid a few meters away.
