Choose from one of the three private patios to make the most of outdoor living or head out to explore the area with several recreation and leisure opportunities available nearby. Three Lakes Golf Course is right across the street and downtown Wenatchee is only seven miles away. Gorgeous local vineyards abound within a short drive in any direction, including Malaga Springs Winery (3.9 mi.). Mission Ridge Ski Area is 14 miles away. Golfers looking to cross a 'Top 100' course off their bucket list can make the 80-mile day trip out to Gamble Sands. Many opportunities for hiking and mountain biking can be found close to home. Go for a relaxing dip in the seasonal community pool, just a short walk from the home.
At home, share an alfresco meal with friends and family around the outdoor dining table. Prepare home-cooked meals in the well-appointed full kitchen. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
