This is a very nice place in a good location Very noisy at night though. I gave it a 3 star because of lack of communication. I received all my information in Spanish and I requested several times for English. I finally spoke to live chat and had some help. I again left a message on what’s app as they suggested I use. And I have still never heard back from them. That was a week ago.

The apartment is lovely, but it's in a lively area, which we were willing to overlook because it was supposed to have excellent soundproofing. We chose it for these reasons. However, upon arrival, we discovered that the bedroom window was broken and couldn’t be closed, resulting in three nights of poor sleep. Additionally, the AC wouldn’t turn off, leaving the apartment freezing. We informed the apartment manager when we arrived, but he didn’t address the issues and promised a refund, which we never received.
