The front desk staff are super friendly, helpful and professional. The check in process was smooth, and when we arrived at the hotel, we found out we left our passports in the safety box at the previous hotel, they helped us to phone the previous hotel and located the passports so we could go back to get them. What touched us the most is they truly care about customers, and treat customer's problem as their own, so they tried their best to help out. not having an attitude as that's your problem, not my business. I wanna say huge THANKS to them again. The hotel itself has the best location in the town, right next to the bridge, and the room we got is very roomy, and everything is kept well. Nice hotel, nice staff, highly recommened!

Great hotel close to city centre

We arrived late to Malaga airport and had a one night family stay in Malaga for onward travel next afternoon. Sercotel Rosaleda was an excellent choice for us. Located in the outskirts of town, but closer to the airport so easy to get to from the airport. The rooms are modern and comfortable. Staff was very helpful and breakfast was very good. It is a EUR 5 taxi ride in to central Malaga which means the hotel cost is very attractive compared to more central locations where the room charges are higher. The rooms were quiet/ soundproof and there were blackout curtains. Breakfast served until 11 and checkout at 12. I can really recommend this hotel for a good nights sleep and close to the city centre.

The hotel was perfect for my trip, it was very clean throughout and all staff were friendly. I paid for the breakfast, and it was nice enough - nothing to shout about but good enough to set me up for the day. The hotel is linked to a shopping centre so good for a quick look around or to pop into the supermarket. My only issue was that it said the pool was open April - October and to me this would mean that visiting in October it would be available to use and was the reason I picked this hotel. However, the pool was actually closed, with all the sun loungers locked away

Excellent hotel in a great location

Excellent hotel in a great location. Rooms were great and no outside noise. Staff were friendly and the addition of the independant cafe was a great idea. Short bus ride to city centre or 6 euro taxi trip. Would definitely stay here again.

Good hotel close to a mall

Well equipped junior suite and good breakfast. King bed and fridge. Room service. Above a big mall with a huge Carrefour. A little out of the center but taxis easy to get.

Nice hotel

Well kept. Pool in only 50cm deep so be aware. Beach is a 50min walk but very doable. Hotel is located in a mall so everythibg is nearby
