The hotel was perfect for my trip, it was very clean throughout and all staff were friendly. I paid for the breakfast, and it was nice enough - nothing to shout about but good enough to set me up for the day. The hotel is linked to a shopping centre so good for a quick look around or to pop into the supermarket. My only issue was that it said the pool was open April - October and to me this would mean that visiting in October it would be available to use and was the reason I picked this hotel. However, the pool was actually closed, with all the sun loungers locked away

Nice hotel

Well kept. Pool in only 50cm deep so be aware. Beach is a 50min walk but very doable. Hotel is located in a mall so everythibg is nearby

The property is very clean , quiet and easy parking , especially in Malaga . I am impressed with the cafe in the lobby , the all pastry is very delicious, and open very early and closed very late . It has plenty seat to eat . Strong recommend this hotel if stay in Malaga . It is much better than other hotel in old town .

Great all rounder location not bad.

Good stay. Area 15 mins from Malaga so great if you have a car and not fussed to stay in city. Lots of free parking around the hotel. Had a great cafe in reception. Checkin lad was great. Female in cafe on evening not too friendly. The girl and gent in the morning in cafe were fabulous! Hotel room was very good. Beds and pillows excellent! Not much around the area of the hotel .

Malaga holiday

From arrival to departure all staff I encountered were pleasant, extremely helpful and kind. So nice! The room was clean and modern and the bed was very comfortable. I like to walk and there is a good walking area (20 min) to reach the old town, museums, Cathedral and the coast park and malecon. Parking was fairly inexpensive and is underground at the mall next door,in a separate area for hotel patrons. This was a perfect choice for my visit to Malaga!

A nice clean comfortable hotel

Clean rom, nice staff, a cafe with wonderful bakery, the only thing was that when I got to the room I discovered that the safe was not working and I told them, for five days they couldn’t fix it and I guess it is still broken.

A great stay at Sercotel Rosaleda

We had a really great stay in a lovely hotel. Its a shame it's not a little closer to the old town, but it only took us 25 mins to walk which was enough time to build up an appetite for dinner and drinks or there are restaurants opposite the hotel if you don't want to venture too far. The hotel itself is really lovely, the only things i would mention, if i am being super picky, is the lack of umbrellas by the pool/patio, bases are up there but not an umbrella in sight! And that the air con seems to turn itself off in the night other than that i can't fault any thing. Thank you for a great stay.

While booking with pay at check in option, my account was charged the full amount immediately. When asked at the hotel they blamed Expedia. The Wok vegetable noodles dish at the hotel restaurant at the first floor was terrible - very salty and seem to not contain fresh vegetables.

This was an OK property with very limited faculties. Having stayed at other 4* hotels this was not. No irons, no tea facilities, no water, this was really a basic room. The room cleaners did not respect the do not disturb sign and would come in to the room 2/3 times a day. The pool is a paddling pool at 0.5m deep. For a very short stay it would be ok but for a holiday I will not be using this place again.
