The reception from Juan Carlos was fantastic, he met us at the local supermarket to make sure we would find the house and access it properly. Around a 20 minute drive from Malaga city, you will need a car to get about (I wouldn’t fancy walking the hill to the local Aldi!!) but the distance means you get a location that is an absolute antidote to the stress and bustle of city living. “El apartamento era muy limpio y bien surtido, cerca del centro. Pero tenía un par de problemas: el calentador de agua no funcionaba bien, o sea que no calentaba suficiente, pero si se subía la temperatura solo un poco, ¡salía hirviendo! La otra cosa es que tiene lavadora pero no tendedero, así que no pudimos lavar ropa porque no había donde ponerla a secar.”
