「Great hotel for the area. The manager, Rohit, mentioned that some elements of the design were inspired by the nearby Oberoi property and even showed me photos of the original. It was interesting to hear, though I was a bit surprised he would openly frame it that way. What stood out more to me was the situation with the hotel’s small onsite theater. 「I have mixed reviews about this property. When I originally booked the room (months in advance) I had asked the hotel if they would be able to help me book the Tiger Safari tour. I was told they would. Fast forward to a week before my visit to India, and I’m told I need to book it myself! High season, everywhere was basically booked. I had to pull strings with a tour group I used in Delhi/Agra to help me out last minute. The site is well off the beaten track, which may not be a bad thing...
