「Gute Lage und trotz Straße nicht laut. Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Balkon hinten zum Berg und es war von der Lautstärke her okay. Man konnte abends gut auf dem Balkon sitzen. Betten waren bequem.Zimmer wurde ordentlich gereinigt.
Supermarkt direkt gegenüber und zum See nur 3-5 Minuten zu Fuß. Man kann bequem die tolle Promenade bis in den Ort Malcesine laufen. Zirka 20 min Gehzeit vom Hotel.
Das Personal und der Chef Roberto mit Frau waren sehr freundlich. Man wurde mit Handschlag begrüßt....

「The junior suite has an amazing lake view, comfortable bed (best of the 4 hotels we stayed at in Italy), large spa tub, and is very spacious.
The property is beautiful and well maintained and truly takes you out of the city. There’s an awesome terrace on the roof with a comfortable hot tub.
The breakfast buffet is also very expansive and there were some great dinner options too. The restaurant also overlooks the lake.
My only recommendation for those considering to stay here are ensuring...

「Alles war prima und hat für unseren Urlaub gereicht. Das Personal ist sehr nett dort und es ist soweit alles sauber. Das Frühstück war gut. Finde es hätte noch ein wenig mehr Salatauswahl geben können. Aber es gab ansonsten für jeden etwas.
Auf der Homepage stand, das es nach Bedarf auch Essen im Restaurant gibt in der Koch über wiegend vegetarisch kocht und das es auch abends auch schon mal Unterhaltungsprogramm gibt. Das konnten wir in 9 Tagen leider nicht erleben. Der Pool ist sehr kalt,...

「Traumhafte Unterkunft!! Eine unglaubliche Aussicht, toller Garten, schöner Pool, man kommt richtig zur Ruhe. 3x täglich fährt ein Shuttle in 10 Minuten runter nach Malcesine, auch dort ist es wunderschön (etwas belebter, viele Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten). 「We had a stay of 4 nights with a room with a view on Lake Garda. Fantastic location, friendly and helpful staff, really good service with a family atmosphere hotel. They serve fantastic breakfast with Italian specialties that you won't find anywhere else.

Few minor issues: water by the pool should be free / there should be a water dispenser; guests should be able to borrow an iron (never been to a hotel where this wasn’t possible); staff don’t understand the concept of ice coffee which we found strange.
